Board Changes
We have not had a member contestant vote in 15 years. Now remind me how that 15 years has played out! Oh that's right we made a brief finals appearance in one year and rest we have been irrelevant to the competition.

Where's the evidence he does?

2021 - What excites you?
After I have had a working vaccine shot I agree but I feel it will be 2022 at the earliest.

At the very best he is a second rounder.

Board Changes
Here we are straight from the MFC web site Rennick joins the Board with more than 25-years’ experience in the legal and property industries. He is currently a Partner and Global Board member of Pinsent Masons. Prior to that, he was Head of Australia for Pinsent Masons, CEO of an Australian law firm and a Director of an ASX-listed property development company. His responsibilities encompass leadership, people and client strategies and management. Rennick’s areas of expertise include master-planned community projects, property development, corporate, commercial and retail real estate.

Board Changes
An extremely good question! So we have the normal keep the board members in house. Two members retiring and two only applications so no need for us members to vote. Has been this way for at least the last 15 years. So good ship MFC slowly ploughs on.

Revamped VFL
They cannot work out how many players teams at senior level are allowed yet. I think the reserves is running a bad second. Why you would want to start a competition with teams flying around the country in a virus affected year of 2021 is absolutely beyond me.

Weideman Takes Strides Forward
Me neither and just when we needed at the end of the season zero from two games against worse sides than us.

Weideman Takes Strides Forward
Granted but at the end of the day kicking goals is what wins games. And when you lose by one or two goals and your kpf kicks none it is not a good look. What is the major requirement of a kpf? IMO to kick goals. The good ones do and you then win more than you lose .

Jesse Hogan on the way out at Freo?
Sadly Jessie is a troubled soul. I have a feeling he will remain at Freo and be delisted at the end of 2021. Like a lot who cannot handle the attention that the top level brings.

Assistant Coaches 2021
You are not alone, IMO you need to start with quality then the nurture part is not as hard.

Not so much now but we keep shooting ourselves in the foot. Media loves a disaster story and we have given them lots over the years. Funny because when I see a headline about us I immediately think oh what's wrong now!

Weideman Takes Strides Forward
Yes he is vital but how much of that is because there is no one else? As I have said I just don't see him as the no.1 banana.

Brad Crouch
Amen to that AF.

Jesse Hogan on the way out at Freo?
I wonder how long it took before Freo regretted recruiting him?

Jesse Hogan on the way out at Freo?
I know won't happen but I would try him at the right price. What is the right price? No idea.

Weideman Takes Strides Forward
Hawkins is no where as mobile of the Weid. I don't ever see him being forcefull. What I see is a guy who is just too nice.

Jesse Hogan on the way out at Freo?
According to an article in today's HUN the big year is next year when it goes up and there are performance levels he had to achieve. Reading between the lines Freo want the dollars for others in 2021. Interesting times ahead

Weideman Takes Strides Forward
I just don't see the mad hunger to kick goals that good KPF shows e.g. I think it was the last game against Essendon he takes the ball 20 metres out from Goal no one behind or in front of him instead of kicking the goal he hand passes to Hunt who runs in and kicks the goal. Every Good KPF I know does not hand off those goals they kick them, they want the goal against their name and believe no one can do it better than me. I just don't see That hunger in the Weid. I just don't see him demanding the ball.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
Could well be right QD we have had plenty of experience with that same problem. By those standards we are now run by a team at the level of genius

Jesse Hogan on the way out at Freo?
Slippers probably covers it Mr Shadow.

Weideman Takes Strides Forward
I think he can be a useful no. 2 Bbo but I just don’t see the talent needed to be the no.1 KPF.
