How often is the Club position the truth, Mckenzie started out as 2 weeks now it is 6 weeks and mounting. In my view he has OP with a different name, Moloney lost a year with it and it will not surprise me if the same happens to Mckenzie. Both his and Scullys injuries stop them from doing much in the way of aerobic training, so whenever they resume it will be some time before they are fit enough to resume playing at senior level. I just know from previous experience the club gives us all the positive spin when the truth is very often something different. Remember there are memberships to be sold!

If you think this is a 4 match injury you are kidding. 4 games is the club spin. even with 4 matches rest then he has to get fit as he will not be able to run in this "rest period" Start thinking June at the earliest before we see him in the seniors.

How are your rose coloured glasses today Nasher? Gysberts has played two games and is obviously still has injury issues and Tapscott no games and a handful of average performances for Casey! Truely do not expect much from either of them this side of June. In the mean time we are without three of our best middle field players from last year. My glasses are are bit more clear!

Unfortunately they may be right. I hope we make the eight But I am far from confident we have a lot of players with low game counts and little experience. The captains would be a better judge than me.

I have no idea! I am simply making the point that a win against Hawthorn is in my view likely to increase the take up of membership at a higher rate than a loss. I maintain that view. I know the friend that I mentioned very well, I know he buys a membership based early season results. Other wise he buys at the gate for a lower number of games he attends.

I think you seriously under estimate how many half committed supporters there are out there! I know three who will become a member if they think we are in for a good year, that is their normal practise. They have not purchased yet and one told me last saturday night that after poor pre season form he is waiting for the first game result. A poor showing and his money will stay in his pocket. I still believe that a win last Friday night would mean more members today.

Agree with the first part but I think Morton and Grimes are proven good players. I think the worth of selection people is how well they do at picking talent after the 30+ mark. The likes of Fizpatrick, Gawn, Spencer, Jetta, Howe, Lawerence and Bennel will show us how clever they are.
