  1. Petracca and Oliver. Never seen them so ineffective for years.
  2. JVR needs to hold his marks. Gets both hands on the ball all the time.
  3. Unlike other sports like rugby, gridiron, soccer, basketball etc, there is resistance in our code slave trade like player moves. Would be a shame if our game goes down that level.
  4. Sydney’s injury list is as bad as West Coasts at the moment. Forward line and back line decimated.
  5. Similar to the Brisbane game. We were off after the first bounce. Incredibly loose defence and disorganised forward line. Three great games mixed with two complete dud efforts. Something NQR upstairs. The contrast is perplexing. We are not ready to be considered premiership favourites yet.
  6. Looked dangerous early but a non entity in the second half.
  7. Not sure how fair dinkum our players are. All week it was mentioned we were premiership favourites and we oblige with another stinker
  8. As I have said in the past. We were very close to landing Fyfe, we go his childhood next door neighbour Cale Morton.
  9. It was a tough choice. Who was most likely?
  10. I believe he’s finished already. Pounded himself to into the ground, can’t play in the midfield anymore and barely rates as a 5th forward. I hope Oliver doesn’t end up like him.
  11. For health and safety reason the more substitutes the better. The game is more faster and brutal and every player is expected to give a 100%. Too many players return to the play after suffering injuries which on the surface may be minor but they won’t get any better by continuing to play.
  12. Thinking back to last season when we played Freo in Perth. Despite Freo losing, Mundy had 35 touches and 15 contested possessions against us in tough conditions. He was their best player by miles. And then they tell him to [censored] off despite an excellent season. Can a club be run by headless chooks?
  13. Bizarre game to watch live. Very stop start and scrappy. Clearly WC were trying to drag us down to their own level and make it a low scoring game. I thought we handled the situation very well with a balanced disciplined team performance and still managed to pile on goals. Very few passengers to be seen.
  14. Taking my wife who doesn’t care about football for the first time to today’s game. She asked me if they will play Country Road on the PA system.
  15. Which side are the blues?
  16. Prisencolinensinainciusol by Adriano Celentano. Unpronounceable title, make up your gibberish lyrics and arguably a pre curser of rap music would be a great football song
  17. Also a notorious ear worm. Who remembers the other songs played when other Brisbane players kick goals? I would say Charlie Cameron chose well. Uplifts up the local fans and irritates the opposition fans.
  18. Country Road defeats Collingwood.
  19. Collingwood missing Grundy real bad.
  20. If Collingwood want it, it will happen. Imagine if we asked for it? The response will be go to far Kew.
  21. Just a little more decoration on the cake after we win to see these knobs having to eat some humble pie.
  22. Collingwood ruck crisis and are desperate for a ruckman. Wants rules changed to benefit them. Too bad. https://www.theage.com.au/sport/afl/mcrae-wants-mid-season-trades-as-pies-search-for-answers-to-ruck-crisis-20230403-p5cxos.html
  23. Harry Edwards WC’s 200cm defender slated to be Jeremy McGoverns replacement is in doubt due to injuring his ankle at training. Ruckman Brad Williams and Liam Ryan also in doubt. Injuries over there are in plague proportions.
