  1. Interesting as always bin. What sort of and how much training are the players likely to undertake this week given the short break and travel?
  2. Good point Docter!
  3. Hey Nev !!! Take me off block for a minute - I just sent you a love letter
  4. Hahaha! Come on "Nev" we go back a long way. You had the first crack... you had to post that stats thing that you subsequently deleted ... now you're whimping out - that's fine. Just don't try to sugarcoat it as some sort of magnanimous gesture
  5. Hey Nev ! I see you deleted that post I marked as incomprehensible. A bit weak - if you post it stand by it !
  6. Joeboy - too negative tonight
  7. English is a very good ruckman ...... he played a good game
  8. I obviously do not understand modern footy!!! Max is being ****canned on this site!!! He had 25 disposals - 16 kicks, 9 handballs , 8 marks. [censored] me .... he busted a gut .... as usual These are off the planet figures for a ruckman in any era .
  9. [censored] me !!! There's some pea hearts on here tonight! The Bull flogs played super footy- they would have beaten anyone . We were beaten by a better side on the night. - it's not season over !!!! Get a grip boys and girls - it's the finals that count!
  10. You've got to be taking the pi zz.... surely !!
  11. Well .... that was a [censored] up!
  12. Rite! Lettuce knot encourage the pedants!
  13. Hope so - makes it even more enjoyable
  14. Wow. the upset is on
  15. Relieved (and happily surprised) to say I made it back, apart from a few ā€œlost daysā€, relatively unscathed from Bangkok. I spent a fascinating few days there, watching @Sir Why You Little ( the Buddha of Soi 4) hold court under the verandah of a local hotel, surrounded by his adoring acolytes. All the while wearing a premiership jumper and swilling whisky! His acolytes BTW are best described as a ā€˜colourfulā€ group possibly sharing ā€¦.errā€¦. err ā€¦.well ā€¦ letā€™s say common pursuits. Now to avoid possible lawsuits , Iā€™d best get to the footy. We must win - simple as that. Weid gets another chance - good luck to him. Milkshake also has a chance to cement his place, so he will be desperate . Expect Clarrie to run through brick walls. Another blinder from Kozzie would be handy. Dees by 29 points.
  16. No worries Dub. Thought Freo were gone , and cashed out just after half time - minimal damage - and collected on the under 168 total points. Moderate collect overall.
  17. Richmond's tackling is frantic.
  18. Yep .... it's all very civilised. You should try it DD!
  19. Freo is the punt tonight - the tiggers are heading south!
  20. FMD !!! I'll add to my above comment - for reasons of clarity. Weid has had his chances but has shown nothing to inspire confidence. However, having said said that, I hope he plays a blinder !!!! And .....who knows ...... him being the number one ... the one and only KPF may be just the fillip he needs to get his [censored] into gear!!
  21. Arrrh .... Daisy! My great unrequited love! Any post making .... or even implying ..... criticism of dear Daisy should be removed immediately by the moderators and the posters banned forthwith!
  22. Iā€™m just getting ready to leave Thailand od ! I will let you know!
  23. Training at Gosch's with a couple of Demon supporter mates followed by a boozy counter lunch. Always a good day!
  24. Bitter but optimistic replied to DV8's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
Now let me get this straight picket - you're saying you're opposed to DeGooey coming to the Dees ?
  25. You make a good point here Dub. I noted this situation in both the Geelong and PA game and recall thinking "we are too short". We just cannot cover the loss of Tmac with either Weid or Brown and I doubt they will give the kid JVR a try at this stage of the season. Unless we get consistent goal kicking input from Kossie Spargo and Milshake ( or whoever plays that role) we will struggle.
