  1. In: Anyone who's prepared to play for the club Out: Anyone who isn't prepared to play for the club Good way to sum it up? Anyway, there's a lot of names, and there'll be a lot of changes.
  2. 6 - Jordie McKenzie 5 - Matthew Bate 4 - Jack Watts 3 - Jack Trengove 2 - Ricky Petterd 1 - Nathan Jones That was hard.
  3. Jeez, at least this kid has a crack. 25 touches, easily the best for Melbourne. Easy to cringe when he kicks and he might not be as talented as most of our other players but he gives a s**t about us. Can't say the same about a lot of the others.

    Mooney gets his first...
  6. Far out. Who's kicked the goals?

  8. Would be a good fit at GWS. They'd hardly ask (for the sake of this I won't mention a certain Demon) Callan Ward, for example, to be captain. He could be there for two to three years, helping the young guns come through. Like Campbell Brown last year.
  9. Forgot to mention about the place two doors up - Scott West's brother co-runs it. (That's a guess - I'm not entirely sure on his position in the company but it's West and Williams so I'd assume he's a top figure.) Dunno if that counts.
  10. Trust me, there's only one player that I know what suburb they live in, and it isn't Ricky. 90% sure I walked past Robert Walls in the CBD two weeks back as well. I was tempted to ask how many votes Judd and Murphy would tie on for the Brownlow
  11. There's enough pessimism around the Scully issue. Apparently Robbo goes to the accountants two doors up from my place. I've walked past Brian Lake coming out of there.

    Petterd

He split his time fairly equally between the midfield and the forward line. Good to see how well he can perform in both areas. Loved the dummy he pulled when he kicked that poster
  13. Cook dominates on AFL Live...give him a crack.
  14. EFA. He's playing for himself and himself only. I'd make Beamer captain right now and if the FD had balls something would be done at the end of the year.
  15. Agree with Brown and Buckley. Cloke won a Copeland at 20 and Davis was a good goalsneak who dropped off but reinvented himself as a half-back.
  16. In other news, about effing time I won.
  17. Few names come to mind. Bate, Bennell are probably the ones calling for a demotion at the moment. Can't guarantee Nicholson or Strauss a game next week either.
  18. Yeah, I did the same. Half his goals came from advantage, and the rest of the time he was soft.
  19. 6 - Jared Rivers 5 - Ricky Petterd 4 - Stefan Martin 3 - Colin Sylvia 2 - Nathan Jones 1 - Jeremy Howe

Bad luck Ricky. And Nic Nat, and Krakouer, and anyone else who wants MOTY this year.
  21. Assuming he doesn't grow any more I reckon 85kg is a good number. If he does grow, I'd go up to about 88. You'd probably want him the size of Paul Chapman, who's 179 and 88. Anyway, back on to the pics...
  22. I remembered it as a back injury... Can anyone give me a quick recap? Is it an aggravation of the same knee problem, or is it something new and not so bad? I should know this...
  23. At least I'm dominating the Demonland Supercoach league.
