  1. Hodge. Can't believe I was thinking about getting rid of him...
  2. I think he plans to update it. And another Chris Yarran in 2012?
  3. I think it's based on the base points - in Beamer's case, the offence was worth 125 points, and an early plea reduces it to 93.75. 100 and over (in other words, a one match suspension) means you're ineligible, I'm pretty sure.
  4. Unless he successfully challenges. The fact that Griffen was pretty much BOG before and after the bump goes in Beamer's favour.
  5. How old would senior be, 24 and over? I think it's a good list.
  6. I was thinking something similar But seriously, that's really poor form. Go ahead and lodge all the complaints you want.
  7. Yeah mate, good game. Thought I was going to come out on top in that one too, was hoping Nick Dal and Harvey would get injured or something for my team's sake Accepted your trade, by the way.
  8. First at Casey. I reckon he should play midfield and half-forward. Let him get the ball 70 metres out and drill it 35 metres straight to Watts/Jurrah/Green/Petterd.
  9. Where is the love? Seems like Jack's always done something wrong, according to the AFL.
  10. Also, High Tower, any news on the idea of a fantasy footy sub-board?
  11. Great work Andy and to everyone who's contributed to the site. Let's push for top 10.
  12. Great, now Trent McKenzie has a good game on my bench.
  13. The Good Petterd Petterd's MOTY McKenzie Watts Trengove The Bad Anything not in the other categories The Ugly Bruise-free footy is back Jamie Bennell Liam Jurrah Jared Rivers 'holding the ball' and 50 The Insipid Cale Morton
  14. Hey, he still managed to beat me.
  15. Emailing the Giesch about that one. Was clearly a push in the back, turns into holding the ball (with no prior, mind you) and a 50. Of course I'm going to get 'no attempt to dispose, no push in the back' or some other bull...
  16. I felt this couldn't be admired enough... Would have to be MOTY, wouldn't it? On another note, I was listening to MMM on the way home, and a caller mentioned that if all of our players played the game like Petterd or McKenzie, then we'd be so much better, and unfortunately I can't disagree. It's good to see Petterd's locked himself in our best 22, because he consistently takes the game on, he keeps presenting and he just doesn't stop, and same with Jordie. Both of them are going to be guns, and it'll be because of this. They're easily in the best tonight, and at least there's some good signs to come out of this game.

  18. I can at least say that the love children of Scott McLaren and 'Razor' Ray Chamberlain have been discovered by the public on this Friday night, welcomed to the football world by chants of 'you are a [censored].' Congratulations on losing one of your jobs, McChamberlain twins.

Gold Coast is an awesome place to be, especially for a new footy team as it's a pretty big area that could easily start a great rivalry with Brisbane. Greater Western Sydney is in an undesirable place full of bogans where NRL is the premier sport. Go figure...
  20. Have to agree, I guess...
  21. Gawn and Strauss, too. Not to say that Gawn was bad, but I think that Strauss has been better.
