Tinney reading medical report from Adelaide doctor. States that Dangerfield suffered concussion, and was unable to continue playing. His symptoms increased by the end of the game. Report also states that Dangerfield is still having his cognitive function monitored daily.
Load of [censored]. Dangerfield's had so many concussions...the doctors obviously don't know what a headache is.

I would put Bail on Harvey.
-
I just watched the footage - Trengove definitely trapped Dangerfield's right arm against him and slung him around, but the fact that Dangerfield was attempting to kick it would have made slinging him easier as he had both feet off the ground, resulting in Dangerfield being slung further around and (unfortunately) face first.
The thing is, Trengove got up and did the exact same thing to Brodie Smith a couple of seconds later, who landed on his side, and I'd say it's because Smith was trying to handball it - a sensible decision that Dangerfield didn't make.

Tight contest, hoping jones steps up. I think I played jones instead of sewel, and he did okay.
8-1. Good game. Thought it was closer than that.
Forwards didn't kick goals, defenders didn't get enough disposals/marks/tackles and midfielders didn't do any of those things. Who would've thought Leuenberger would have 28 more hitouts than Mumford...

Far out, he looks fine in the photo.
This is [censored].

RIP Barry.

Good post Trengove. Bruce is an entertaining commentator when the footy's really exciting, and Cometti...well, he's just good at commentating.

Guns, both of them.
Trengove is the next Bartel and Tapscott is like a beefed up Hodge.

Your source?
Definitely definitely need a source for this. Don't scare us with navicular without backing it up.

6 - Brent Moloney
5 - Colin Sylvia
4 - Ricky Petterd
3 - James Frawley
2 - Jack Trengove
1 - Nathan Jones

Bit late, but congrats.
Also, was watching Beamer's Bumps and Bruisers and noticed this in Beamer's locker right at the end of the video...
-
A close 6-2, JackAttack's way.
Have lost hitouts and goal accuracy already but all the other categories are very close.

I'm worried about our ruck situation...
You must have been freaking out last year.
-
Fair chance it might be wrong but anyway....Round 7 Injury List
Scully (knee) - 4 weeks
Campbell - (achilles) - 3 weeks
McKenzie (groin) - 2 weeks
Yep, McKenzie's definitely playing for the Casey reserves.
Other than that at least Scully's gone down by one week...
-
We're playing Adelaide, we'll be lucky if we witness either team kick six
-
Shannon Byrnes, anyone want him? Playing for the second best team in the league, maximum 2 weeks away from returning, in Geelong's best 22. Predicted overall rank is 103. Kicks goals and wins plenty of ball.
Offers?

Jeez...Bailey WAS harsh. So harsh that Rivers got injured...
Disappointed to see Martin dropped, and more disappointed to see Warnock, Bate and Newton in, but at least the committee's been ruthless.

15 year old kid scoops the real news outlets and posts his own article to get hits on a site that gives money to the most viewed author before posting his own link. Hold the presses.
Haha, neither The Age nor the HUN have posted anything about this...I had the choice between linking the one article I found on the net or my one which could potentially make a little bit of money, so naturally I chose my one
What are you going to do with that 200 bucks eth38?
It's not mine yet - prizes go to most views at the end of the month.
I've written on the site for a year and finished second once, so hopefully I get first this time around.
Anyway, this is off- topic, isn't it?
Edit: And thanks Tricky.

Think you will find that we weren't the only team that collingwood suffered the yips against, think the stats had them down as one of the most inaccurate teams in history. From memory, it was put down to their gameplan of hugging the boundary line and always kicking for goal from the pockets. It was a major query heading into the finals.
We made their yips worse, from memory we kept them along the boundary and forcing them to kick from the pockets. Their plan is much like some soccer teams: run it along the wing until you're near the goals and cross it in. We were good against them because we were able to turn it over when they did centre it in and we rebounded through the corridor.

That's my signature. Just go onto your profile, there should be a link called 'Edit Profile' - the option to edit your signature will be in there.

Umm..Hi there High. Just checking me new photo out to see if it's working. Sorry all for interupting u with newb stuff. Can delete this after a few minies if u want mod...cheers
Welcome Rusty.
There's two different photos you can upload - IIRC your photo is what appears on your profile page and your avatar displays under your name on all the posts you make. I can see your photo on your profile, so chances are you uploaded to the wrong one

I dont know if i will take much out of this list, i could have written something very similar.... and it states that dates are 09/10.....ect would be the players worth targeting however, times change
The list was created in September. It's basically reports of uncontracted (at the time)players they were considering contacting, so it's going to be a broad and obvious list.
It's confidential GWS info, nonetheless.

So did Brock McLean. Not saying this to disparage Trenners, but young players say it a lot, perhaps at that young age they haven't been tainted by the club's lack of loyalty.
IIRC McLean left because he was requested to take a pay cut to stay with Melbourne and also because he was more likely to play in a premiership winning side at Carlton.
I doubt either will happen with Trengove.
Trengove suspended for 2 ... now 3 weeks

Yep, O'Donnell might save JT here.
