  1. This is what it boils down to. The defensive pressure against Sydney was by and large very good, which made Watts stick out like a sore thumb. There will definitely be another club who will take a punt on him if it comes to that.
  2. Out: Terlich, Watts, Byrnes In: Garland, Riley, Kent Clisby for Georgiou if he gets a holiday. Sad Dee - Bail doesn't get dropped on the weight of performances. He had a bad week. Watts and Terlich have had several in a row.
  3. When did it drop off, exactly? Westhoff is an undisputed gun. Enjoyed your lecture on "class". Coming from one of the biggest snipers on this site. Ben-Hur lite, and a lot less entertaining. In the real word, people shout at the footy. In the real world, people give players an earful at the footy. Supporters telling Watts that he needs to lift his game is not a cause for you to get on your high horse. Again.
  4. He's a talent for sure. Can we please please please not stuff this one up? Please.
  5. The Tiges were horrible. Again. I actually think we should, not could, roll them.
  6. Almost time to put a line through Blease it would seem. Desperately disappointing. He had/has talent but years of injury and [censored] poor development have taken a toll.

  8. I think we're still a very long way from gaining respect. We're now on the path to regaining it, but it's going to be a long road back.
  9. In the interest of fairness it should be pointed out that you were quoting Ron's post that was made prior to Saturday. Everyone seems to acknowledge that the heat must come now.
  10. With Cross now in the LG, if you listen to his post match interview I think it is pretty much guaranteed that Watts will be pulled aside this week and read the riot act. Patience has officially worn out.
  11. Literally the only upside I can see is that he surely can't sink any lower than the tripe he served up yesterday.
  12. Is playing like someone yet to sign. Afraid to tackle and be tackled. Absolutely useless atm.
  13. I was appalled at Watts' effort tonight. I really thought he would lift after last week and if anything he went backwards. Simply must be dropped and for the first time I am seriously questioning if we are wasting our time with him.
  14. You really are quite dim aren't you?
  15. I read somewhere that he is the most important player to any team in the league right now and on current evidence it's hard to disagree. Absolutely amazing that Sydney let him go.
  16. It can't be 1000 surely.
  17. Oh dear stu. You just got owned by J Viney Fan. Time to go into hiding mate.
  18. I take so much joy in how crap Scully is.
  19. Wrong again. We are talking about Improvement in comparison to where we were when Roos took over. A team that was labelled worse than Fitzroy 12 months ago is now able to compete with other AFL teams. If you call that minimal improvement, that says more about your unrealistic expectations for this season than anything else.
  20. What? No. I think he played badly because he had tossed it in, and wasn't that fantastic to begin with. The incessant pointing just added a touch of absurdity to his performances.
  21. Same, and I was far from Neeld's biggest fan.
  22. It does when you're doing the equivalent of stuff all yourself.
  23. Neeld couldn't handle Moloney, who responded like the great club man he is by sooking it up. His "tweets" showed what sort of leader he really is. i.e. not a leader's backside. The club is better off having seen the back of both of them.
  24. I would kill to get him here.
  25. I really think Freo are kidding themselves if they think there is a premiership within this team. Well drilled. Poorly skilled.
