I agree with everything you've posted, I think we'll get pick 1 as a pp and also think Roos is a certainty. I think you're dreaming with Fyfe, Cotchin and Jack but I think Swallow's a huge chance if the rumours that he wants to come to melbourne are true (which I would be stoked about, I think he's gonna be an elite midfielder for sure). Outside of Swallow who I think is the most likely, I reckon Sloane or Brad Crouch, but Crouch would cost us pick 1 and we still may not even be able to get him. I think they would do Sloane for pick 1, because they would love Boyd and we're paying overs. I also like the theory that the AFL may have told us (on the down low) that they'll give us pp 1 if we either trade it or pick 3 and have been sussing out potential trades for some time. This might be complete BS though

Since they can't have a list of every substance, if a club wants to use a substance that isn't on their list, they first need to go to ASADA and get the to classify it as either banned or approved i.e. If a substance hasn't be classified by ASADA the club must go to ASADA aand get them to classify it as approved before they are allowed to use it

I reckon the afl don't want to charge us for tanking and that's why they have made it so the decision is in January where it will recieve as little media attention as possible, and will be swept under the rug going unnoticed by the majority of the footy public (I hope)

I think the biggest problem with Col is that he's never had an opportunity to enjoy his footy. I think that if he can get a free run at things at the start of next year and get in to some good form playing in a side that's (hopefully) competitive with the rest of the comp, his attitude and training will improve as a result. Still a few few 'if's' in there though i guess

Huge confidence that jacky trengove will one day be a gun, don't think he will reach his peak next year but I reckon he will show why he was selected as the youngest captain ever with a few standout games/quarters.

Don't understand where all this gysberts hate is coming from- know it's all just fun and games, but seems a bit excessive. I personally hope he can get his body right and become a 150 game player

Problem with this is GWS will most likely know that they are getting pick 2 from GC, so then they can bid on Viney with pick 1, take him with it and then just use pick 2 on whitfield. *EDIT: Just realised wouldn't work- if they tried that GC wouldn't trade them pick 2 because it would get them whitfield haha sorry guys.

You left out a backup ruckman... a role that hopefully young stefan will be able to fill quite capably in a few years
