  1. I think you mean GAWN!!!
  2. AndrewD, it's got nothing to do with being a first-time member. I'm one myself, and received my scarf yesterday.
  3. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say that there were 5 'null votes'.
  4. I realise that this is late, but...... Tweeted in reply to a question about rookieing Grimes Jr. (Not to me.)
  5. At least it's not the Jake Spencer Academy!
  6. +1. Also, Gysberts - Gibbles.
  7. http://forums.demonland.com/index.php?showtopic=18465
  8. I reckon give Scully #1, and we have "Tom the Tank Engine"! Works on so many levels.
  9. May as well add my 2c: 1. Scully 2. Trengove 11. Tapscott 18. Vardy 34. Grimes 50. Patrick PSD 1. MacDonald
  10. Don't know how it happened, it just sort of....did! Was born into a family that has supported League for generations, maybe I just saw so much more in the AFL! Started supporting the Demons in 2002, and have been copping a lot of flak from many sources in QLD for about 3 years now! Can't wait to show them up with all our young promising players on the list now....especially with the horribly expensive RL signing for GC17.........He's played what, 5 Aussie rules games in total? (And looks to be playing Rugby Union over this off-season..)
  11. As a longtime fan of Robbo, I can see this for what it is, a grab at media attention. My issue is, how does the wider AFL community view this? As a vote of non-confidence in our management, or similarly to us? Times like these, I wish I was exposed to a wider variety of Victorian media. (damned Queensland, they only ever cover any Lions stories.)
  12. Honestly, no. If Vi$y are interested, let them have him. We have coaches who will show the way for Watts/Jurrah/Bate/Pick 11. Is it only me who has faith in our forward coaches? For the last few years I honestly think that the problem has been the delivery, not the return on the inside 50's. Although, I will agree with Mousey. Incredibly underrated.
  13. Are you kidding? Give the man a chance next year to show us what he can really do, without the less than 4 wins axe hanging over his head. I honestly think he is the best choice for our club right now. He's done what he's been tasked to do so far, let's see where he takes us next year (dependent on injuries, of course).
