  1. Can someone please tell me why, after Kozzie dominated on the ball in the opening round , and hasn’t been used since?
  2. Because the draw is unfairly biased towards the wealthier bigger drawing clubs. All about money in the coffers, nothing else.

I have no idea who I want to win tonight. Freo to keep the bummers off our tail. or Essendon to keep Freo out of the 8 and give us a higher pick.
  4. Selection leaves a lot to be desired too. Petty clearly needed a run in the twos first, and we are selecting players in ordinary to average form in Jordon and Spargo and leaving out players in very good for such as Thommo and Bowey. I love JVR but he is still learning the caper and no lynch pin just yet. Ben Brown might straighten us up a little.
  5. David Schwarz for mine. He was Wayne Carey good before he did his knee three times.

    6. Viney 5. Salem 4. Trac 3. Lever 2. Hunter 1. Rivers
  7. Scott kept their forward line open so our intercept game had no effect. They pressed hard and ran forward in quick burst through the middle once they got turnovers and kicked easy goals. Outcoached.
  8. The amount of times we kicked the ball on top of Kozzies head when he had a much taller opponent on him was ridiculously stupid
  9. Seriously are we the fumbliest team in the AFL? We waste so much ball it’s not funny Really good sides have much better touch than that surely?
  10. We were the hunted tonight. Out coached and out played. Personnel didn’t matter They looked a yard quicker and we very very panicky with our kicks.
  11. I’m a bit worried about Gawn , his best looks behind him.
  12. Petty a mile off and how they made an out of form player like spargo sub I’ll never know. Jordons last game as well Gee we look slow and terrible in the air as well
  13. Dumb , Dumb, Dumb football
  14. Umps have been bad this quarter
  15. No onballers stepping up tonight Salem and Rivers ok But-the Cats look desperate and we look a tad off Our skills are very bad
  16. We are a long way off it atm
  17. I just spoke to a Pies supporter friend of mine who is good mates with Joel Smith. Kudos to some of our analysts here on Demonland , Binman and others who were spot on. When asked how did you do it and what was your game plan against Collingwood, Joel said that we had to give something away to gain something, and it was letting them have the wings to move the ball, but. Completely blocking the corridor and and have more numbers down back, which meant they couldn’t attack with that run they are used to through the middle .

Toss up between Hunters crushing mark and Vineys spin and pass to Roo
  19. The guy is an absolute cat!
  20. I reckon we are timing our run and deep down the boys know they have what it takes. They will start to lift a cog from here on in as we have the Game plan and the talent to implement it, we will see a new found confidence, and a lift in pressure and work rate to be cherry ripe for finals bar injury. If Viney stays in this sort of form then watch out the rest of the comp when Clarry comes back in as well. Kudos to Salem as well , I think we all forget what an important piece of the puzzle he is , and he is looking more dominant each week.
  21. Viney at his best is so bloody awesome to watch
  22. We are not normally that inaccurate so that doesn’t worry me at all. thought the outs were pretty even we also had no Petty and Bowey on top of Oliver.
  23. That was a fantastic day. Viney was superb all day and if he keeps that up with Clarry back in we will be hard to beat . I wanted that win so bad against those mongrels, so it’s a bloody good feeling to beat them and to have so many Dees supports there making some noise! Go Dees!!
  24. 6. Viney 5. Brayshaw 4. May 3. Hunter 2. Tomlinson 1. Fritsch
  25. I can’t stand the majority of football media these days, they reek of morbidity. I remember a a young tacker most of the footy commentary was either precise , factual and analytical ,( actually talking about the game), it was more fun and positive too. These days it’s who can we pot, and how many people can we make feel bad in one show? As far using the statistical information, they spin it to suit their own opinions in a negative way.
