I'm in favor of keeping Bailey and adding to the current coaching panel. Maybe Leigh Matthews in a mentoring roll and see if MFC could bring Burns back across the boarder. Would also be intrested in making a play for Neeld and Sanderson. Roos, Clarkson and Malthouse would all be a great out come for the club, but they don't seem to be realistic options...

What i'm trying to saying is that i like Bailey as a coach, just not as a head coach. (I think he is a good enough coach, in the right position) Would be good for the club to keep him on the coaching panel...I'm not saying the club should offer him a charity contract.. I think that if approach in the right manner, Bailey might except a lesser roll. That way we be able to expand our coahing panel and go forward with another coach. It's really just a passing thought i had, i won't be hurt if this dosen't happen or if Bailey gets sacked. I just like him and wouldn't mind if he was still around in 2012...That's all....

It's my opinion that we don't have enough coaches and need to expand our coaching panel... I'd say MFC should keep Bailey, just not as head coach. It's highly unlikely that if bailey was to be drop from the main job at the MFC, that there will be another job waiting for him at AFL level...

There is definately something up with KB vs MFC... He's had a smear campaign against MFC, from the start of the year. Every word spoken on SEN is plained, other wise it would be edited out. Alot of his smear campaign is subliminal....he's used people on his show to portray his messages...... Patrick Smith " I'm changing teams KB, i'm changing from the Bombers to the Tigers" John Ralph " KB, GWS should go after Mark Blake, He's a great ruckman. He'd come in handy tapping it down to Ward and Scully, next year. HA HA F%@KEN HA" I use to really like KB and maybe i have over analyzed his show, but it's all there... I actually like Maric, think he has a real spark about him. He trains as hard as anyone at the club and IMO Maric has been a bit stiff not tobe playing now, hasn't had ample oppotunity to show all his tricks. If Addam Maric continues to commit to training the way has so far, he'll definately be in our best 22 and will be one of our best players.
