  1. I couldn't agree with you more on this point, pringle.
  2. Oh, I don't doubt that at all. In fact, I believe that's what probably happened.
  3. I like our Melbourne FC logo. Simplistic, but good. As for Adelaide's, it's not that bad.
  4. But if you go on our last two PSD picks, it still might have some currency.
  5. From Adam White's Twitter: TRADE NEWS: Western Bulldogs utility Andrejs Everitt looks set to leave Whitten Oval despite the Dogs claiming he is a required player. Hmm, I wonder.
  6. Well, Roos has come out and said they have no interest in him either.
  7. Why is anyone interested in Brown? He's an average player with average skills and he's a sniper. No, thanks.
  8. Brock left because we were planning to draft two mids.
  9. Surely you'd go Butcher before Jetta? Particularly, as Essendon would probably take him at 10, considering their ordinary key position forward stocks.
  10. The thing about Bell and Buckley is that they've drawn interest from Carlton, not Port Adelaide. Why would Port want either of them? Don't say, 'because they're South Aussies'.
  11. This won't happen. Especially, when there's a slim chance that we could pick SB for nothing in the PSD and hold onto Jamar. Besides, this goes against us trying to better our picks. Definitely won't.
  12. It was worth considering, I thought. Apparently not.
  13. I said if the rumour was true.
  14. Is Hampson any better though? If the rumour regarding pick 9 for him is true, then Jamar would be worth something similar.
  15. It doesn't make a lot of sense that we pick up Ball, considering more than likely we actually got rid of McLean. Ball is probably the better player, but they're both as slow as each other. We would just be adding another slow mid, that said, we'd get him for free and have gained pick 11.
  16. Now that apparently the Hawks have "cooled" on SB, we suddenly shoot up to pole position.
  17. I agree. St Kilda's forwardline functions in a similar way. A couple of goals from Butcher, a couple more from Watts and then you've got Sylvia, Jurrah, Aussie, Greeny etc. Then goals from midfielders like Trengove and Grimes and you've kicked a winning score, most weeks.
  18. I'd trade pick 18 for him though.
  19. Hmm, interesting. This contradicts an article I read yesterday, that suggested he would make a move for Essendon, as he's friends with Jobe Watson.
  20. Good point. I was forgetting that he was contracted.
  21. It seems very unlikely, but perhaps Darren Jolly will fall through to the PSD...Colligwood are the only bidders so farandthe Swans haven't accept it yet.
  22. I agree, but when you hear that teams are interested in players like Daniel Bell and Chris Johnson (last year), I find that staggering in itself and therefore, in my book, anything could happen, during this trade week.
  23. We are not Richmond. Have faith.
  24. As far as I'm concerned, they're finally making all the right and tough decisions that the others never could. Obviously, as Dan says, we cannot truly judge our current recruiting team until 2013/14, but as I say, the MFC thinking has never been more in line with my thinking before and for this reason, I'm excited. As for Cameron walking away, I realise that, but it sounds a lot nicer to say we got rid of him.
  25. Wow, that would be awesome. Dangerfield is an absolute gun! I hope it's him.
