Last night I was concerned about Tyson being caught out in defence... and his run speed, and his disposals. I think looking forward, and after some good games last couple of weeks... i saw again his limitations. troubling going forward ? Also, I think Fritsch at worst, is on the bench... not out of the side. He can play either end and wing, and is skilled, and a goal kicker. We need as much ability, as we can fit in.

I looked at that many times SloMo. The player has started to dispose of the ball the very same time DJ was starting his hard swing-arm tackle. The essendon players arms were outstretched forward after flicking a handball... and I think from what I saw, it appears DJ was aiming at the collar bone chest area, and it road up the essendon players upper arms. Clipping him to the chin/upper chest. After studying the replays, I don't think DJ was going for the chin, but fate took it. Dj looked stunned, stopped, as the player went down, then moved towards the play and was attacked from behind by only one opposition player. He wasn't prepared for attack from behind, and was sort of in an 'innocent of mind' state.

Please, is it possible to make these non auto-play ??? just appearing in static image, until clicked on? It effects those in remote areas, with slow internet speeds. And makes the PC slow to load other pages. There are 10 gifs playing, on one open tab page... slowing the graphics.

I re-watched the Eagles v Dees game, yesterday... and thought there was very little between both sides. I think they underestimated us, in that last game in Perth. We are more tired now than 4 weeks ago. I think we'll need everything going for us over in Perth, this time around. And I expect that umpires will this time favour the Eagles,,, as they normally do the home crowd teams. We are up against it, IMO.

They seem a touch more composed. so far. we go on 1 point down... We can win this, with more thought and presence at the ball.

the Hawks setup took the running early and they have controlled most of thre play IMO. I'm glad that Goody hasn't shown his hand YET. by making panic moves... I feel like we've started to adjust to the hawks setup and intensity. I think we can lift from here... but as Lew said, we have to get in harder & lower for the ball, and win the contests... bang more bodies D's.

rubbish, that just your take on something your uncomfortable with. It's helping us, keeping our heads down and focused, and aware of the dangers of being self indulgent... everything has It's pros and its cons. Depending on how it is, the person wants to perceive of it.

I was at Hampton station years ago, going to footy, IIRC... when a kid had just sprayed-tagged the over railway walkover. A local collared him and wanted help to get him to the cops. The kid was alone, scared, and in daylight... not your typical habitual tagger. I gave the local a piece of my mind, for wanting to hurt a kid, instead of being tolerant and trying to understand his plight? I then told the kid what I thought, quietly to him... told him it wasn't what a strong person does, and told him to, 'get',,, quick. I reckon he might have thought again, after that experience... & so might have the local. Who could only think of his own outrage, and not of the kid (person), at all. .
