COVID & AFL 2021
Yep. Keeping Covid at bay is by no means an easy feat, but behind Tasmania, WA has a whole desert and ocean to keep it out. McGowan argues that Australia is not just NSW, yet the way he has handled the pandemic screams of keeping the rest of the country isolated away from the state as if he doesnāt want to be a part of it anyway. will be interesting to see what he does next, given he has a potential Grand Final on his hands. Stakes would be a lot different too if a WA team was in it or there was an election around the corner.

Training Ground?
That would be a horrendous result if it were to eventuate. Carpark F is clearly the better site as is the triangle space of land next to the freeway. Iād rather wait another 10 years for a proper facility than end up accepting a sub-standard site.

AFL Rankings Team of the Year
And those teams right there show why a champion team will always beat a team of champions.

Teague Sacked
So do I. They have the same level of arrogance and high opinions of themselves, itās nauseating. Hereās hoping Ross āthe list destroyerā leaves Carlton in an even worse shape than they are now, with his āreputationā forever tarnished.

What they're saying down at Vulture Street
Well Joe isnāt exactly the strongest forward going around, so maybe.

FINALS: QF vs Brisbane
Nice weather up there at the moment.

Top of the table
I see the Minor Premiership as at least something to take from this year. But like the rest of you no doubt, there is another piece of silverware I desire a hell of a lot more. Im nowhere near satiated............and I hope the boys arenāt either.

GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Geelong
So youāve written us off against port then
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Is he injured? Serious question, because he is a shadow of the player he used to be

GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Too scared to.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Seems to be doing a number on us wiz
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Geelong flexed their muscle and we did nothing to rise to the challenge.
-
NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Hopefully the playing group bring that mindset for the rest of the year
-
NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Do we want to play Port in Adelaide, or the Lions in Adelaide?

Finals 2021
yep, we can effectively kiss goodbye any chance of having finals in Victoria goodbye. Dan was looking for any excuse to throw us into further chaos, and those imbeciles gave it to him on a platter. There has been mass failings on all levels - monumental federal [censored]-ups with vaccine rollout - state shuts down at the sound of a sneeze - d!ckhe@d citizens blatantly disregarding public safety measures. Sure it would be great to see finals live and if Victorians are allowed to travel to games (next to impossible), i'd travel anywhere in the country to attend a GF if we made it. However, at the end of the day, a premiership is a premiership, and i would gladly accept one no matter the way it came. Coming up to 57 years and counting.............

Jake Bowey Rising Star #2
A pity he chose the Weid ahead of Harry Mackay. Imagine having him in our forward line š

AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURSĀ
Youād need to offer extras in the deal to get Cerra, he still has scope for improvement, Angus on the other hand is a known commodity.
-
Jake Bowey Rising Star #2
What excites me most about Jake is his quick decision making. He knows what heās going to do with it before he even gets the ball. A lot of our ball movement seems ārushedā, whereas with Jake it is āquickā.

CHANGES: Rd 23 vs Geelong
And if we subsequently win by 50+ points, itād be pretty hard to break back into that line-up for finals
-
NON MFC: Rd 22 2021
They should just close the joint and move them to Tassie.
-
POSTGAME: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
Unless he is tagging, Iād have Harmes on the wing. Likes to run and plays better when he has space in front of him. Just need to get him to commit to non-stop running for potentially little reward.
-
POSTGAME: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
Or was it that we refused to get out of second gear?
-
CHANGES: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Nope, done his 2. Sparrow and Jordon both omitted, Smith to make way for May (played well so unfortunate but credit where itās due). Melksham, Brayshaw put on notice.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
Fritsch looks so much better leading out of the square.

GAMEDAY: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
Salem again pathetic with his disposal there.
