I have a strange feeling that Robbo already knows what is looming at the end of this season.... Youth is pushing him aside..... Unfortunate that he ruptured the achilles last season, which has robbed him of a pre-season.... But I feel he may have been told he is not a high priority for re-signing....

Robbo...... I saw you on Fox Sorts News during the week and you were saying that you have never felt better (physically) and that you still have a lot to offer the Melbourne Football Club.... When asked if you were not re-signed by the Dees would you still look to play footy elsewhere you said "Definately, I love the Melbourne Football Club, but if my time for the Demons is up I would definately be looking to play footy for another club. I still have a lot to offer AFL football...." Don't just talk bull$hit Robbo..... THe way you are going today you may not even get back into the Senior side this season! If our forwards have a good match tomorrow in Sydney, you will be overlooked and rightly so.... Show some effort.... If I was a Carlton person I would be a little concerned when one of your superstar players goes on national TV to deny gambling rumours, then blurts out that he loves poker, plays a tournament every night, when asked how much it costs he replies "$3.30"..... Then after a bit of research it is pointed out that he is in fact spending $1000 in 14 mins on internet poker!! I dare say the boy has a problem..... I don't care if he is winning or not.....

As I said in my post, it is not an attack.... The information is freely available to anyone who knows where to look.... Cash games, as far as I am concerned, are any games which involve cash to buy-in sticksmorton, so he does indeed lose cash games.... He may not lose LIVE games at Crown, Private etc. but I challenge anyone to tell me they do not lose poker games occasionally The purpose of this post is to have a bit of a laugh.... The bloke is a character of the game and has enough money to not worry about losing the odd thousand here and there.... But to make a statement saying he never loses playing poker is as false as it is funny! :D

I have a funny feeling that the Heads Up game you played at 5pm AEST, before you went on the footy show, might have given a false sense of how good you are..... Yes you did win that $400 heads up match.... I also see that you go through your online games fairly rapidly.... 4 Heads-Up games in 14 minutes last night..... Quick on the All-in I see.... An outlay of $1000 in 14 minutes is extreme in my book Before you go on national television and tell everyone that you don't have a problem and you never lose at poker, you should realise that a wealth of knowledge is available on-line Mr Fevola.... Nb. This is by no means an attack on the man..... And I realise that $1000 to him is like $5 to us... I am just merely pointing out a few facts..... I actually rate him as a footballer....

OK well here are some of my thoughts after watching the first half live on TV in Adelaide.... Melbourne up by 2 goals at half time.... Jurrah - The talent people have been talking about is certainly there for all to see today! Unbelievable first half..... 3 goals, a couple of hangers and probably another 3 goal assists.... His awareness is top class and he even launches as the third ruckman, hitting it to advantage in the F50.... Awesome! Bate - Some really good signs.... With 100% endeavour he looks really classy Jamar - Great effort in the ruck so far against Brogan and Lade.... Killing it around the ground Daniel Bell - Enjoy this match mate.... It should and I repeat, SHOULD be your last!! Nowhere near good enough for AFL and I am sick of seeing you try and fail Wheatley - Your services have been great over the years.... Unfortunately the ride is about to end All in all it is a good game.... Some really good passages of play but still some bad skill errors and decision making.... Now the question is..... To win or not to win?!?!?! We shall find out shortly

Dunn and Bell have been around for long enough to realise they don't cut the mustard at the highest level.... I believe Dunn may one day cut it, but it won't be at this club....

Crows are very well drilled, but also have state of the art facilities that get upgraded nearly every year.... After walking through their training area, it is easy to see how Melbourne have fallen behind a lot of the other clubs..... Our preparation over the last few years has been poor due to not having a place to call home.... Unfortunately the reality is even if you have a heart as big as Rocky, in the AFL, the Ivan Drago's will win 9/10 times!

Once we do get those midfielders that are explosive and can really damage by foot, it will make blokes like Jones and Brock all the more damaging.... Because they can just concentrate on what they do best.... Bangin' into the pack and firing out a quick handball.... The key is that we need a couple of blokes that can really use it well...

I too live interstate and have signed my fiance and my 6 month old son up.......... I get pretty [censored] off when people whinge and whine about others not turning up to a game..... The day you get every member turn up to the one game will be the day that I cover my naked body in $50 notes and run through the streets of Collingwood screaming "Come 'n get it you filthy pricks!" Just be happy that the turnout was good and that those of you that were lucky enough to be there, got to witness something special..... Not all of us Melbourne members get that opportunity each and every week.... We give to the club, we talk the club up in other parts of the country.... We (Or maybe it's just me) have many an argument with parochial one/two team town supporters.... Don't ruin what was a great game by bitching and moaning about the ones that DIDN'T get there...... Just be bloody thankful you DID.... Go you Dees!

He is one of the most passionate on the field and in the change rooms...... Great to see the boys get to celebrate a win..... Hopefully they get the hunger for a few more.....

The ironic part about the pending match against WC is that the crowd will probably be a bit better than expected due to the amount of X-Factor the game has!! Watts, Jurrah (both hopefully play this one) Nik Nat Crowd won't be as small as we think..... I think

The lad would want to work on his tank "no WC pun intended" He was almost Justin Madden like in his running ability..... Not very quick at all..... Other than his speed/fitness he was very impressive.... Can do some nice things in the air and at ground level.... Good luck kid... Jack is the one we want though.... Without doubt!!

Well.... I have not been able to make it over for this match which is a bit devestating.... It is now 10am here in Adelaide and I am edgy as hell..... I can't wait for the big game this arvo..... I am going to go for a quick kayak in the surf just to take my mind off things for a few hours..... Go you Dees and good luck young fella.... No pressure eh??
