I'm not so much concerned that a player said anything to another...as such. It's just symptomatic imho of a much larger problem. Total disarray out there. A dog's breakfast as suggested by another is spot on. Playing like headless chooks might be another way. There's hardly a rhyme or reason in the way we go about it. Sometimes frustration gets the better of you and I think this is predominantly what this was. Frustration. The team is coming apart at the seams. I think it was Riewoldt ( n) who suggested they're in survival mode. It looks it Im more concerned that it's got to this...team mates getting all niggly because it all isnt going well. Ive metvand had to deal with Engineers and Architects ( all holding paper ( degrees)) that were hopeless...that needed errors and problems of their making sorted. We have ppl in the club who have run amok long enough. I dont think it prudent of bloke A to run an eye over work done by ...bloke A. It's stupid 101. Bloke A will never give the required impartial inspection . It just isnt part of the human condition to do so. So maybe folk should be less concerned about so called grenades and more curious about what breaches in the castle give light to. Without doubt we dont leak like a sieve as once we did. The football world..indeed business world ...are places where words spread. There are posters here who in their non Dland time move among circles where 'things' are discussed. Invariably at the top of any list of sources i personally rely upon to be manifestly askew will be the topical one..ie. in the case of the MFC...they are down the list of actual reliability to tell you what is really happening at the MFC. Same goes for much really doesn't it. People can believe what they like.

Strangely well summed up. We actually dont know that the club has no idea. Its a very good point. There are people/companies that do external reviews. In fact there's a whole big world out there. You're very defensive of Mahoney. I only care about the jumper..the vlub..the personnel ...whatever. Im very defensive against mediocrity and bull excrement. Only a fool has himself as legal counsel. Only a foolish club isnt prepared to allow an outside unbiased review. We're floundering big time...drowning not waving.

Though i understand it ive never been the type to particularly matyr myself to this kind of immovable position. Quite frankly i value my time ...and money. Though , as many will/would, I follow the Dees and could never anotherI really dont see the enjoyment in suffering. Lots of other things to do and see. Life is short. Those that want to put it in terms of bandwagons ( and i dont subscribe. .however ) must surely see unless blind that ours is a old falling apart float from 1964's Moomba parade. Theres no semblance of a recognisable tune, the band is way off key, half the instruments are broken and held together with duct tape. The bandleaders wont get into sync and the conductor is busy whispering to the horses pulling this irrelevancy through a lost part of town because his map is old and hasnt been updated. I would relish that we are brave enough to be brutally honest, clever enough excise that which does not help and grow that which will. That might require very deep and thorough tilling. If the club doesn't then it will matter little what I or some others here do as elsewhere 30000 or so might make our views moot.
