the situations are different to the individual concerned....no argument but look to how it then affects the club we have players in a dark place ( for whatever reason ) players at loggerheads with direction club having to go to damage control club facing losing talented players ...again for reasons differing but effect the same this is the point club getting bent over...same diff

Is it unreasonable to put a little perspective in to place ? A well versed football follower and friend put it into this thinking....and I cant but agree. "He is a professional footballer who came to the MFC because we paid over the odds. He has broken down and it looks like it is all over, he may also some personal issues. But is any of that the fault of the MFC? I like lots of others feel for his situation but my God some on here seem to think he is the Mesiah." But in all reality he came to the club promising much and has produced very little. 15 games in 2 season for 5 games that would have lifted eyebrows . WOW !! Bargain. Its looking increasingly unlikely that well get a game again out of him. What were getting now is spin...more SPIN and a 'softening' of the inevitable. if he goes hoe he goes home but WCE or Freo are in the chair not us come trade time. As a man to a man I wish him well and a full recovery to all his ills. I can speak from experience though if its derpression dont expect a 5 min , 5 week or even a 5 month easy fix.Its different for all but it doesnt fix itself ovrenight.. Most clubs have away of figuring out what the real situation is ( with other clubs) Not much gets by in that trade un-noticed. There are grapevines etc I for one dont like being treated as some gullible idiot. Theres no requirement to post scans or detailed medical reports but a little bit of up front reality and honesty wouldnt go astray. Noone believes 4 to 6...no one believes practically anything from the FD. Thats a funny sort of partnership with their membership id have thought. They want us all to buy in ...and literally to BUY in !! Then a bit of quid pro quo id ask.
