If my read on history is anything near ok with PR he prefers a near to or ready to go who is avail as unloved underutilised or frustrated at another club in preference to a raw draftee. Wouldn't surprise me at all if we gave up our 1st pick for a player and another lower 1st round pick. Id probably prefer that truth be known.

I fully comprehended your post. You are perfectly entitled to enjoy the Scorps etc. I see them only as an adjunct to the demons. They are serving us poorly. I dont think theres any set depth to which Hird wouldnt sink. I dont say that just as a spiteful observation but he as one , if not THE major player really in all of this he seems incredibly self serving. All those hits took its toll didnt they Jimmy.
