For a player who , if i recall rightly , was originally drafted as fwd potential his kicking has always been rubbish most of the time. He'd be 25%-er on game day kicking anywhere. Thats not nearly good enough. Maybe it CAN be fixed. They better do it soon Id suggest. This is exactly what I alluded to on another post whereby a good player doesnt have all the suits needed. Whilst its most benevolent of people to continually regard him for his positives the crunch time litmus ( aka as the Scoreboard ) will judge him more accurately for his transgressions. Last time I looked this game was actually about the scoreboard and not the warm fuzziness and love-in that many are want to have with their fav players Id love him to be 'complete'...... currently he isnt. Thats a reality

The problem as I see it for many is they've unwiittingly moved the goal posts on themselves and now are more greatly disappointed than they really ought to be...Atm that is. We're not a great team. we've shown glimpses of what might be one day if, IF, we get the RIGHT mix of cattle and get them bodies and bonded together. Currently we DONT have the right mix. Early on this year a lot of us got stuck into the list and gave it a resounding fail with up to 50% by some and generally around 25-33% by most as not being the ideal that we need to go forwards ( and upwards ). Some players have some of whats required but not all. These need to be identified and culled. Replaced by those who have more if not all of the suits come a decent player. As a guide, make a list of turn over merchants and then consider if they can be 'straightened' or if they simply need trading in. Be honest doing this and some 'favourite' name will appear on that list. I'll leave further detailed discussion on this possibly to another thread but if we are going to be a hard at it successful team then we have to make some big calls on some guys who quite frankly keep us chained to the bottom.

I think a lot of folk may need a reality check. Im absolutely gobsmacked by the improvement ( at times ) in this lot as a result of the Roos effect ( that means ALL who are involved from top to bottom ) but just because at times we are getting it right doesnt mean weve actually got the right list. We havent and the fact were not clicking 'properly' goes to this. Were still 6-8 players away from a really good side. Some are OK at time but not for 4 /4 and that will bite us badly Having said that ...... ream these bustards !!!

ASADA can certainly do just what it has a mandate to do, irregardless of the AFL and other codes wishing to run and hide. The league (s) know this and are just a bit concerned, hence all the 'propaganda " being trotted out by their lackies
