Roos is far more reknown for cobbling together teams that have true grit and less of the flash. Yes, Goodes is good ( to say the least ) Micky O was always a standout but these guys have the basic componentry in place as footballers. Watts has, talent, ability and a very very short highlights reel. Hes going to need to grow some me thinks ! ( and I hope he does )
