exactly, seraph. comment was just scathing about our also-rans - saying that toumpas, michie, grimes, and matt jones don't have the pace or wherewithal to push for afl selection.

once again, the comms from the mfc are ridiculously bad. the very fact that this stream is happening means that it would have had to have been set up some time ago - at the latest during the week. it really doesn't take much effort to communicate this sort of thing to fans.

Quality stream (poll notwithstanding!)

went to see port-north last night. both sides run 10 or more players through the midfield - once again, it's something that we simply don't have. i guesstimate we run 7 or so through the middle across the course of a game. it's just not enough.

brayshaw just looks a player. we are desperately crying out for more depth through midfield.

i don't think we can play watts next week. as overly criticised as he is - it must be SO HARD to be third lead-up forward at melbourne - we need another runner to push up and move through the midfield. i don't know what we're going to do with him. talented but insipid, better than what he's worth on the open market, i just don't know where he fits.
