Yep, we need a strong character like a mathews, worsfold etc and i believe Voss is that sort of person. I don't seem to have a problem with the fact that he has not coached before.

Not really, he wanted to see if he could coach a team, and i suppose he did that and came back to be a assistant in the AFL so he wouldn't be forgotten.

I want the club to have a pile of names by next Wednesday, then to start contacting those people and starting the selection process, so by GF day we have a new coach, who then can come in and be a part of the recruiting at years end.

Like a Godfrey you bled for the club and did everything you could, but your time was up, you were honest with yourself as you have been your whole career and stepped down with aplomb. No it's not. I'm rating him on his coaching, not his playing days. Besides i have first hand Knowledge of what a egotistical dud he is.
