Dont get me wrong, I think Parsons is a great get, and he pushes you guys to serious contenders. But in the NFC the two biggest threats are the Eagles and Lions, both who have amazing run games. Thats where the challenge will be. Rams will be similar, I think we can match it offensively (if healthy) with the top teams, but I dont rate our Run D massively, although with Poona Ford now on board that should be better.

I try to forget him, He isnt a replacement for Lever. He hasnt shown that much at all IMO.

Tbh I think the Parsons deal is horrible for the Cowboys. I can’t see them finishing above the eagles or commanders, Giants could be better or could be… well the giants. Packers are now rated as second fav for SB in NFC, my massive concerns are still their secondary and Loves ability to not turn the ball over as much, and to win the NFC the run stopping game better be on point and whilst their l pass rush is better with Parsons, I think the loss of Clark hurts the Run D.

I want both to stay, a more upbeat fast game plan and i reckon we see these two play much better football.

What really annoys me is people write off our defenders like May, sure he isnt going to be like he was in 21, but if you watch that last qtr vs the filth he got to many contests and spoiled well and won quite a number of them. And, and I can not ever stress this enough, when the ball is coming in with ZERO pressure and open spaces, you do better! May has a lot to offer, I'd be miffed if we trade him. Turner is half the player, Adams might be good, who knows he has played one game, Petty is too slow to play the bigs and smalls that May does. The best thing they can do with May is take kick in duties off him (long and to the left anyone?)
