No. Lamb said the deal would need to be a head turner and that deal is far from a head turner. Their first next year will prob be 14 or higher. The 7&8 this year get pushed back 4-5 spots in a weak draft. So it's 11, 12 and say 14 for Trac, 24 and 28 which they will use on their academy players who will go top 5. We are helping them get their players. They don't want 7&8, they want to use worse draft picks. How is that a head turner of a deal? (Other than in disbelief)

Time for Head Turner Tim to publicly say, Humphries or Trac stays. Call me when you are ready to talk and then walk away. Make them bow, or don’t. But don’t settle for shizen which we totally look like doing.
Tim “Head Turner” Lamb needs to deliver big on the Trac deal or he should be removed. Simple.

Agree, but the onus is on us here to reject it. Or to bend over and take it. We have stated our "head turner" position, it's looking like the head turning is after we have bent over just to tell them lube isn't required, we like it dry and rough.
What a head Turner this will be!!! Is it time that Lamb is replaced? After the big talk if he folds for this, then he shouldn’t have a job. Can’t come out saying it has to be a head Turner and settle for crud and leak weak as pus.

Lamb need to come out and publicly state that everything GC have put to us falls well short of what i stated would need to be a head turning offer, so as it stands now Petracca, a contracted player who we love will play for MFC next year. We have respected his desire to look elsewhere but the Parameters for a trade are not there, so unless GC agree to trade BH to us, CP5 IS ALIVE (variation on a old movie reference) 😊
Try and swap them with Rich or west coast and get a player before their academy players get bid on.

I think the club would hope with the fresh start, new coach, new standards, more attacking play style etc that Trac would buy in and produce his best again.

Yup, to me that is a disaster. And worse it would show that we might talk big but don’t stick to our word.
So we would be giving up, Petracca and McVee for one single pick at say 3 and maybe a second rounder back (going by GC wanting Trac and pick 24 or whatever we have) Still far from a Tim Lamb quoted headturner.
And there is just as much a chance of turning those picks into Toumpas and co. Trac and a pick for picks is not a good deal for us. Unless they get us pick 1 or 2 then it's better.
Without BH I truly hope we keep Trac. The idea we give them a fantastic player and help them cover points so they can get all their academy players is not a head turning deal. Wether you think it's fair or good, it's not a head turner.
