Beau Rossa is in the mix for the Stradbroke Handicap at $51, used the $10 bonus bet for it. So even if it doesn’t run, it’s not a big loss
-
Yeah got stuck, took a while to get out but once out it got to the other horse but couldn’t pass it. Don’t think it actually got past it. Prague ran well considering it didn’t jump well but September Run was poor.
-
Nigh on perfect ride on Hungry Heart. Once it hit the front it didn’t looked troubled.
-
Beau Rossa just couldn’t get the nose in front. Got boxed in a little as the turn came. Still rate it, think it will win many more. 1600 might be a bit far, 1400 might be best bet.
-
As stated both Lynch, Neitz were very good defenders. Silvani easily could have played forward and starred. Mal Michael might have gone alright as a permanent forward.

Yeah agree the second double should get the chocolates

Brad hill. So glad we didn’t get him (hindsight) as he is a flat track bully.

No need to scratch mate, it’s a Raven that sits on my shoulder... ”Till the dirges of his Hope that melancholy burden bore Of ‘Never—nevermore’.” ? -

So it begins... ? -
Agree. Those odds I thought were overs. I put the two and Beau Rossa in a multi paying $47.42 which I thought was too nice to turn down ?

Caulfield Race 7, number 5 Sword of Mercy $5.50
-
Agree, I watched that race live. Even copped the hit that pushed it wider at the 400. I too took the odds lst night at 5.50
-
That’s a good race. Sydney is already a soft 5 with rain expected Friday and Saturday. hope it doesn’t end up a heavy track. Hate betting on Heavy tracks.
-
$1.80 fav this sat. It’s listed for the Stradbroke handicap in Jun at $51 against a much better field. But I’m sorely tempted to take the gamble it runs and put $10 on it.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - LUKE JACKSON

One of the great things with LJ already as others have stated is he isn’t being outmarked. The thing that goes hand in hand with that is if he doesn’t mark it, the players around him know to hit the contest at speed cos they will trust he will bring it ground. They will trust him. -
Fritsch in the wrong pocket for a left footer in pouring rain, drop punt. Class!
-
RDO today which could have been good if we lost. But I’ll make sure the teeth and very white for tomorrow ?
-
I’m 40 odd minutes from Geelong and that paired with a 4am get up means I’ll miss a lot of home games. But such is the price of a nice country lifestyle.

Early Last year I called him a tin can to some mates, by years end it was a runn8ng gag of what metal he was made of each week. This year he is titanium -
Don’t think that applies for this scenario, but with the MRP who bloody knows ? True, not sold on Petty, hasn’t had a real good run at it yet, but I reckon if they deem Weid or brown ready, the. Tmac back could be the go.
-
Agree with all except sparrow. Half a game and had 5 tackles and seemed to be pressuring everyone.

I can’t agree with those thinking Hawkins meant that. That was accidental. Onto other things I think Tmac to FB, Brown or Weid to FF.

Goody needs to point out it’s raining and over handballing when not required is silly. We can and should win this. But as always we make it as hard as possible. Cmon dees!!!
