  1. I would be up for trying it.
  2. Hogan absolutely needs to be played as a CHF that covers territory. Pushing into the middle and occasionally tracking back.

Oh yeah for sure! You get some excellent callers (or should I say announcers) and if you like getting your team’s broadcast it’s perfect.

Alright Dee Zephyr on board! And once again proving that the NFC is superior ?

I’m usually a ‘watch in the evening’ guy but I’m considering getting Tunein Premium. I quite enjoy listening to an NFL game on radio.
  7. Haha I turned around and missed the play on and goal so that might have been a good thing!

For sure mate, it makes you realise that success in any sport is bloody hard to come by and if you are fortunate to have some you have to be thankful. Those Daniher years remain some of my best footy memories. Compared to what people had to go through in the back end of the 60's to 87 it was definitely something to cheer about.
  9. Completely got this wrong. I was not excited at all when he came over, thought he was one of the most overrated players in that Dons side who was lucky to get a regular game. Absolute masterstroke. Very few players in the league kick like him. Very good football sense.

I guess also because Philly is a massive football town and they hadn't won a major title since the 1960 NFL championship (think that's the right year). They craved success pretty bad.

I got on board during the Steve Young period. Narrowly missed the Montana era, I was pretty young when he left SF. I've definitely seen some success which is good. But in those years from 06 if you take out the Harbaugh period they've been a dysfunctional tire fire not too dissimilar to the Demons!
  12. There's a name I haven't seen for a while. Reminds me of the old 'ology days.

Pretty bizarre situation. We had that 3 season flurry under Harbaugh including a superbowl but apart from that its been a baron spell since 06. Looking forward to it!

He came to the party today! Great hands, was always a presence. I was really impressed. I know he missed a set shot but he did everything he had to do today I think he might have a future if he tracks the way he’s going.
  15. What subject did he teach? This might shed some light.
  16. Definitely getting a feel for it.

It’s a start. The rest can take a leaf out of your book.
  19. Was gonna say this, but thought it would be too American for this thread.

But it was ‘someone’ that should know! And a wise man once told me to believe everything said on DL.
