  1. Which is why we're not being negative nellies when we wonder how it will affect our high work rate game plan.

It did seem like a bit of a waste. However I don't think I've ever seen less Hawks fans at a game as well.
  3. Well if stats were a problem then yesterday should appease the stat lovers.
  4. Thought Gus played a good game.
  5. Hot Dogs!
  6. I'm with you. Absolutely stoked with the win, thought we gritted and got the job done with the resources at our disposal. A credit to our system and the team dynamics of our footy department. But I think I'm with you in that I like psychological boosts in footy games and all I wanted in that last quarter was 1 goal then a walk off. Hawks could have won the quarter no problem but that sealer where the crowd gets up, the opposition drop the heads, the valve gets released. That's what I like to have anyway. It's also my belief that a good AFL side should never go goalless in quarter of AFL footy. I can be eccentric and loopy when it comes to footy principles sure but I feel like 1 goal is infinitely better in a quarter than 0. You can have a shocker or a quiet one but bare minimum you need that 1 on the board each quarter. To be honest I think on another day we would have had that sealer especially if Melksham just dobbed his shot like he always does.
  7. Good job Demons! Gritted it out and got the 4 points.
  8. It's nice to watch one of these without Campbell Brown prancing around like a dork.
  9. Seem to be back in control now.
  10. Baker using it well
  11. What helped me was going back to the 'latest' page and the 'live VFL' right under the current match scores it seemed to scale differently than the live VFL and WAFL streaming button.
  12. So this late comer has just worked out you can watch every VFL game on the AFL app now. Got a bit of a challenge here in the last.
  13. 6. G.A.W.N 5. Trac 4. Oliver 3. Brayshaw 2. Viney 1. Brown
  14. Not a game I'll write home about but no problem! Bank the chocolates or take the biscuits or whatever the cool guys say. Maximus Dorsi, no one can stop this guy. TB12 (The new TB12 for some people who catch my drift) you put in a nice shift! Benny Brown presenting well. Jack Viney just battering anyone who wants to stand in his road. Clarry and Trac shining through like well filtered cream. Had a bunch of natural fans in front of me.One Pies, one Dons and one Port Adelaide who told us they were there to see a good team play and catch up. It's so great being that provider of entertainment. We got through and hopefully there's not too many more into isolation this week. Had a few bevies, intend on having a few more, Go Dees!

  22. Got things under control, hopefully come out with one of those trademark 3rd Qs
  23. Gunston's field kicking in particular screws us
  24. I'll take it
  25. Let's go Dees! On Level 1 today
