I'm currently on the podium at least
  2. And when Hawthorn got him back they traded pick 10 which turned out to be 8 gamer Riley Dunn.
  3. Gee if I were Bowes I wouldn't be picking Geelong to play in the 2s. Then again, that's essentially what Dunstan has done.
  4. Probably Meek or some dork like that

Finally got around to watching it tonight, don't ask how I blacked it out that long. Our D was fantastic, restricted the run from Akers. Screens were good calls but as has happened so far this year our offense tails off in the second half leaving the defence to go and get the win. The throw out to Juszczyk in the flat is an example of something he doesn't call enough. Seems Weddle made a big difference for the Rams last year.
  9. Well, yeah. That is true. And I'm loving every minute of it!
  10. I'd be so stoked if it is only 27. So much that I'll get a guernsey with 27 - Grundy like that moron in Perth with the 6 - Jackson.
  11. I agree but I definitely think you meant that pun!
  12. This is the problem
  13. Like a band aid, it will all be over soon.
  14. Love a good inside job!
  15. Pretty convenient hey.
  16. The NBA occasionally steps in and vetoes lopsided trades like this one. Wish the AFL could do that.
  17. He would slot straight in, incredible athlete with skills to pay the bills.
  18. All spit-balling. It is surprising how much of that they are still doing now that the period has started.
  19. Harsh but the sad truth, and what value is determined by. Team won't pay based on time of development. Had he played more he may well have had more value, but our selection or lack of has hurt his value.
  20. Couldn't care less, this last little bit of haggle will work out in our favour, I'm confident.
  21. Well I don't think he wants to leave anyway so until then I agree he's a required player. But if he put his hand up and said he wanted to leave for more opportunity I don't think it would be right to keep him here against his will.
  22. These are my exact thoughts, I was talking about the hypothetical situation of him wanting to leave.
  23. Hey if they want to get something in the 30s to give to us by all means but they have several picks in the 20s and that is going to be overkill for a guy everyone outside of Melb knows for wearing the sub vest.
  24. Pretty much. Our scores from stoppage were very good later in the season, it was our scores from turnover that was lacking.
  25. Well if we manage to get a better pick out of this I'll be very impressed with Lamb's abilities.
