  1. If you ever listened to Rex Hunt's address to the nation. This is about 300 times better. This is dizzy stuff folks..
  2. I've got no problem with people discussing how much a journalist has annoyed or triggered them. But if they are going to post unsubstantiated rumours and hatespeech then I'll have no problem saying something about it, I don't come on here for that.
  3. Another Oliver trade thread, another triggering feel good kumbaya session for posters to be part of. It's like going back 10 years watching the Footy Show when Sam would stick up for Essendon in the middle of the saga to the thunderous applause and "Yeah, here here" of the crowd. And honestly, try to move past the fact that Tom Morris is back and said something as part of his job as a journalist. I'm hardly a fan of his but some of the garbage being thrown around here how no-one deserves a second chance in life is incredibly self-righteous and pathetic. I don't believe Clayton Oliver will leave or be traded now but my advice is save your stress, anxiety and cardiac issues for more important things than dumb articles. Support the club not the media. This thread has been as close to Facebook tripe as you can get. Wake me up when the game is on..
  4. Fullerton might have a better chance playing Two-up.
  5. Pending a reasonable trade, yes 9 thumbs up from me
  6. Max wouldn't look good in a vest whereas May could just be mistaken for one of the Village People. Mayzie it is.
  7. Get stuck in and have a go!
  8. Already is a champ
  9. Waste of time reading that article.
  10. Go small and maul
  11. Delayed rookie selection is a good way to put it. Didn't love it at the time but I'm fine with it now. Gets an extra 6 months in our system than others who could be taken in this year's draft. Gotta have some projects on the go.
  12. That would also mean duplicates of his defensive pressure. Yes please.
  13. Absolutely true and the moment we took over in that stat was the moment we took control of the game. I'm going to do it too 🙂
  14. What if the midfielder roves it off the tap out?
  15. Very strange, I usually have it the other way round with phone dropping out and laptop steady.
  16. I see no harm in that.
  17. Good player
  18. 8 out of 9 in the tipping stakes. Dogs stuffed it.
  19. May didn't get a lot of love in the votes but he was steady as ever.
  20. I'm convinced he plays about 3 inches taller through sheer mongrel.
  21. Ed Langdon turned back the clock providing that width and overlap we all love. He has to be one of the greatest athletes we've ever seen in the game and nearly 16km covered on a wet night is seriously impressive. The Olympics are around the corner and my question for the panel is a fun hypothetical: What Olympic track event would Ed Langdon excel in most? Sprints? Middle distance? Marathons? keen to hear from you guys on this.
  22. He is honestly one of the best athletes that's played the game. Get him to the Olympics to run the track events but bring him back for Melb games, probably won't even break a sweat.
  23. You know what my favourite thing that these pea brains are saying is? "Hopefully it doesn't rain in finals" At some point you gotta get out from under the bubble dome and play on the wide open space of the G in the elements. I know those jet fumes over Tulla are pretty strong but gee wiz.
  24. No but having someone who competes does. JVR was so important last night.
  25. Need a few results to go our way today. Cross your fingers hard
