Yep We finished 11-11 in 7th spot after being 8-1 the first year i supported the Demons. Have always wondered what happened that year. Mental Fragility. Drinking Bath Water?? this is why i say it is time for the supporters to actually let the club know we are angry. and not just accept that those inside will get it right.

Just watched Goodwin's Press Conference he was really angry, but held it together well but i bet a few players will be challenged hard this week. Go hard Simon. The players have killed far too many coaching jobs at the MFC since '64 Line in the sand.

Sadly the AFLPA make it compulsory that we pay our players there is little incentive to improve

Well said Man my sentiments exactly. This club has not won anything for so long that we are going to have to buy our way out of it, to get the club on track. Lewis was a good start but we need so much more. We should have smashed Whorethorn today, they are cooked. But no, we handballed in circles and panicked till half time. Even a man down and we didn't put the boot in.

It is called ATTITUDE Wise since 1964 this club has ultimately achieved nothing, so for the 22 players who walked out there today with not the right Attitude is a complete Blight on the club. I don't blame Goodwin. He won back to back flags. He knows what it takes, It is all on the onfield Leadership which is just not up to it

Then we will disagree. Today was a total lack of leadership in the First Half it was a disgrace and more people need to call it out

So you are content with a 3 point loss to a side that is a shell of its former self. This is exactly my point WE AS A CLUB DO NOT HURT ENOUGH and until we do Todays losses will keep happening. We should have beaten them by 50-70 points if this clubhad the right ATTITUDE Where was Captain Jones in the 1st Q? Missing targets more than once. I said it last year. We must import Real Leadership into the club, like North Melbourne did in'73 (4 Captains they recruited, including ours)
