I know what he said, but if Goodwin doesn’t sort himself out quickly, he will go and Richo will be caretaker at the very least. How would you feel if a “mentor” came in to your job after you had been in the chair for 2-3 years? a little uneasy, at the very least.

Agreed 100% A key ingredient in all this is whether Goodwin was involved in the recruitment of Richo. If he was, and is open to the idea then the current FD has a chance to recover. If Goodwin was not involved, then this could get weird. I like Richo, but we now have 2 Senior Coaches in The department. This is new territory
