I think you are spot on. Simon was called stubborn for a long time. He learnt to trust his employees (including players) to do their job after they knew exactly what needed to be done. his job was then to keep it all together and make sure the bond of trust was strong. Mark Williams and Yze made sure the skills were all there… Showing clips like the above are so clever, players had to believe that they could play at 100% pressure and beat the opponent. Not just do it, but thrive… We all saw the results
