I understand what you are saying but do nonot entirely agree. A lot of our senior players have played Finals so a long Hiatus of losses may be a bad thing. A win sends belief down the line. I totally agree about the Learning process. Just always a sprinkling of wins is so important. If not DB is going to have to be a completely Inspirational Coach.
