I honestly don't mind who gets the coach gig, because i am sure that the road to it will have been fully checked out-we will get the best coach. But there is a part of me that would love to see sheeds get the Gig. Imgine how great he would feel if he was the next great coach after Norm Smith. I would be happy with sheeds with Ratten as Midfield assistant. Sheeds has definately not lost the plot-do not be so foolish to think that way. Sheeds would love to bring a Premiership to Melbourne I Bet. Imagine the Kudos he would recieve. This is a big chance for Melbourne to Earn some respect-we must get it right

I would have loved to see John Northey hold up a cup as well. He was a great coach, got the absolute best out of a reasnoable squad, Life is cruel and it didnt happen but we got on with the job-Life went on. Neale will always be part of our club

Gardiner never expected that totally insipid performance against Richmond. After that Things had to change. If Gardiner and the Board had done nothing, then the Train Wreck would have got worse. Neale still has his Dignity and we can find the best coach out there. without waiting 12 weeks.

Look i sympathize with Nieta and ND, but 2 goals to Half time against Richmond was unacceptable. The Damage done for the rest of the year could have been disasterous. But from here the new dawn begins. I believe even ND will agree in time
