Give me one example over the years when we are being badly beaten, it has been Adem Yze who has taken a game by the scruff and got us back into it. Yze played great footy when the team was flying. But was always the First senior player to go missing when the prospect wasnt Good. Thats why he is not a good example

As a member though i want solid answers. One thing i do know about the Dr is that he loves the Footy club. And if he does know a few things then we should all know them and work them out. I was concerned as i heard it.

Dr Turf Has worked and been part of the club for years as has his Brother. He got stuck into the Board big Time today, called them incompetant, using the ZERO profit that lieghoak is making at present as a strong example. Would like to know how Correct this is. We must get our off field infrastructure into line quickly, or else we are wasting our time. Look at the interstate clubs-They all seem to rake it in. Only reason i am being harsh is i want i want my team to get a ruthless edge and challenge for a flag. For too long Melbourne has been sometimes been a "Retirement Village" for old players to get a few more games. Its not a good example for the young kids coming in. Byron should not have played last year either. 2006 was his year.

Ingerson gets a gig because he was a dam fine player, dont underestimate what he did for us. Pity we didn't get one more year out of Vardy when he was at his best. He was a gun when in form.

Look if you guys are correct i would be stoked as it would be great to see a bit of Yze Magic on the grass again but i can't see it happening. 2 Years ago the Hawks were nothing compared to what they are now.

Agreed that is probably the biggest problem we have at the club. But i believe Adem has played his last game for melbourne. He got an Armchair ride last year with ND and i dont think DB feels the same way.

The game has passed him by. He has been a great player for MFC but when did he last grab a game and play 4 quarters??

Get rid of that woefull song-need to hear the commentary and crowd. The music means nothing

Nah we need Brock- he has disappointed me a little for sure apart from his Ripper against the saints 2 yr ago. But if he was in a good Team He would go mad with Quality Targets. Look at Travis J. last saturday night. Now that was a quality game-over 4 quarters!!! I was furious!!!

Totally agree. Nothing should be given out easily in this club again. The next person to wear the no. 9 must earn it through respect and hard work.

Totally agree-which is why our Capt. has played his last game, and should be given a Heroes send off on Queens Birthday. Let us not give up on an entire season just yet
