There isn't a Melbourne supporter who isn't gutted my today's result. It was a dismal performance and one I hope we never repeat again. We are angry and we have every right to be angry however if we all walk away we all lose. It might be hard to put it behind us but what we need to do is hold strong and support the club. That's why we are called supporters. While tomorrow's papers will rip us to shreds, the last thing the club needs is for memberships to be sent back. I will continue to support my club and continue to go and see my club play. The strongest clubs are the ones that are united!

I have just watched the Green interview and I think he did well to answer the questions. He may not be entirely comfortable in front of the camera and his body language (hands tense on the armchair) are an indication but overall he answered honestly and towed the MFC line as a Captain.

The beard suits him. It makes him look more manly for his young age. He's putting on more muscle too which is a good thing.

It's nice enough. I had a chat to Scully there earlier. He said he might be playing VFL next week and hopes he'll be ready for the Queen's birthday clash against the Pies. Jamar, Scully and Jack T also made a short presentation.

I'm not believing anything until MFC confims the extent of Grime's injury.

I have been reading everybody's posts on here for quite some time. We have a right to feel anger about how we played last night. I agree with the above posts. Send in your emails to the MFC. I am in the process of writing in to express my disappointment with the club's performance. I think the more emails/letters they receive the more pressure there will be on Board to make a decision about our coach and football department. Something has to change after 3 years!

Thanks to everyone who came along on Friday night. It was a fun night. Of course it would have been great to have more people there but given the event was organised within 9 days, it wasn't too bad. When I spoke with Stynes earlier in the week he was interested in what we were doing. I sent him an email invitiing him along explaining what we had planned. Jennifer and I exchanged emails and she said she sent it to him. I encourage all Demon supporters to come along and celebrate. It would be good if this topic was put on the first page and highlighted.
