you could try selecting swans member instead of demons, od or i'd ring the club, they are good at fixing ticket issues

ticketek have the most horrible time-out algorithm why would they time-out someone who had just got to the payment stage and only been there seconds - bizarre they have known of these time-out issues for yonks but just ignore it (not to mention many other problems with ticketek)

when you put in multiple barcodes they must be on separate lines. don't put them in same line with spaces or commas in between
