GAMEDAY: PF vs Geelong
Super nervous and excited, what could be worse if its like the 3rd qtr of the rd 23, I can't pause walk away for a bit and then comeback. But me and the family are heading in at 3.30pm to get in early and enjoy the build up at the ground. I'll see if there are any badges left to grab from our stand.

TEAMS: PF vs Geelong
But he won one. But the psychological games are interesting. Plus we were near the end of our physical effort by the PF in 2018, WC were fresh off the break and on a tough home deck.

TICKETING: GF vs Bulldogs
Maybe organising a pick swap to maximise members/supporters going. Getting GFG to paid up WA members who then pass on their priority 2 barcodes to others who support but not members. Win/win for everyone.

Dees training

TICKETING: GF vs Bulldogs
Its great we get first preference over the second team. My worry (Besides the bloody cost!) is I have 1 GFG tickets and 5 priority 2 tickets in the immediate family (family membership). If I get more than my GFG 1 ticket, how do we get to sit together as the others being my kids 12,9 and maybe the wife (not a footy person)? Do they release all the tickets together that have been allocated? Update: Spoke to the club, they expect 12,000 tickets to be allocated to us. I would need to wait for 11am and hope their are seats left for me to buy with my kids if we allocated some. Which is no ideal as I fear I may miss out on even 1 seat. So if we win, if anyone in lockdown have spare GFG that they cannot use maybe contact me to chat about it over the weekend. (Also the conversation in our house is how much we will pay for the kids to go at the listed prices for category 1)

AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURS
Rankine is the type of player that would thrive in a strong team as a bit/impact player. What is required of him at GC is above his mental agility at the moment.

Eagles home base and facilities…guess their on holiday 😁

PF: Melbourne vs Geelong
Got my 4 tickets in bay 138 all family. The tickets went bloody quick for the best seats. Need to login earlier for GF to get I that queue they setup. I guess with GF it won’t be as bad it will be purchasing 1:1 per membership.

PF: Melbourne vs Geelong
We got our email for ticketing starting tomorrow. Any idea how much tickets will be for category 1? Can't see anything on the Ticketmaster website.

Melbourne Grand final Optus stadium
I'm also a Perth member, but I've forked out my support for the club for decades and last week purchasing 1 priority 1 GF guarantee membership so I will definitely be present when we make it, as they extended the option. Hopefully the other 5 memberships we have in our house will get places in the ballot too, being priority 2. Given the year and the announcement that of the GF in Perth weeks a ago there was ample opportunity to grab a membership. It was on the news this week in Perth that at least 300 west Aussies have purchased a MFC membership to get access to a seat.

TICKETING: GF vs Bulldogs
I'm a WA member without a Grand final guarantee ticket, though I did enquire it earlier in the year. I'm betting on the normal percentage allocation for supporters will be in far excess of all WA demon members and I should get my tickets with the family. My tigers mate got tickets to the Tigers v GWS GF by also being a GWS member as it was so cheap. They couldn't fill their quota.

What is your favourite Demons memory?
25th September 2021..... :)

FINALS: Week 01 2021 (NON MFC)
In that scenario I prefer him to kick the last goal, with the winning goal kicked by us in the 3rd....

POSTGAME: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Finally finished watching it, bloody hell what a game, looked gone for all money, but we didn't stop and we overran them. Thank god for Burgo! and his fitness program. Now the Lions, betting Adelaide oval..

NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Who have they played! Pies and Dockers...not what you would say are great defensive teams with lots of talent on song.

NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Bloody useless Hawks, how did they lose(Draw) from there?
-
NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Been trying to remember, does 1st play on the Friday or Saturday traditionally in the first week of finals?
-
NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Looking for the dogs to lose and us win. Rather play Brissie first week then dogs. Port we can beat as they struggle against well structured defensive sides. could be a couple of upsets this weekend, reckon Freo could pull off an unlikely victory. Last rou no with lots on stake for lots of teams.

Interstate memberships
Perth and we have a family interstate membership with 6 people on it (2 adults, 3 kids & a dog :) ). Basically we pay for 1 free ticket for a game in Perth and the rest goes to the club.

Max Gawn and Chris Connolly on The Front Bar
It was a strange decision at the time. Missing out on the coaching role to be given the FB role. Would have been better in a mentor role. His mistake was talking in the language of not winning within meetings. I can handle the perceived benefits of tanking in picks, but it destroyed what winning culture we had for a long time in the playing group (Plus other management issues of the time). Something I don't think Carlton has still recovered from.

A HUGE disadvantage for The Dees not playing at the G with a crowd !
The Dee's have shown they can win without the crowd support and at venues where they are the minority like last week. If the finals are in Perth, it will be more people wanting to watch finals live and they may support the Dee's over the other side due to our history (Except against WC). Lets see how the next two weeks pan out.
