2024 AFL Grand Final
Yeah, no really obvious Norm Smith yet, Lohmann mattered early with his 3 goals, but nothing since so far. Hate too ay it Neale has been super clean, maybe Ashcroft.

2024 AFL Grand Final
While I don’t discount a comeback given what’s happened these finals, lions look the far better organised side.

For those who underrate our 2021 premiership…
Best flag ever, as it's written in the AFL record books as ours forever. For the finals we were the dominate side. We haven't performed as we should have in the finals of 22/23. More so in 23 and how it may have turned out without the hit on Angus. The crowd was dominated for support for the Dee's. P.S. I still greatly appreciate the members that shared their numbers that allowed more of my demon supporting family members And lots of others in the WA supporter group) to attend here in WA (since at the time we only had 1 GF guarantee membership). 2025 will be our year again :)

Lachie Hunter Retires
Happy when we got him for peanuts. Was handy in his first year though he took a lot away from rangers as they focussed on moving the ball along his wing, more often than not. Another spot to fill with a future champion :)

DEFUSE THE BOMBERS by Meggs
We are missing lots. but.... Our ball handlings skills have really dropped off. Confidence? Just missing or fumbling the ball is really hurting us, if we were as clean as were the last few years it could at least match with the players we have missing. Transition year after the clean out and the massive injury list. Fingers crossed we'll be in the other pool for next season on the fixture. Does anyone know if we have a good draft hand for the girls, as its supposed to a good one.

Brayden Preuss - Delisted
On memory he was shocking when tried as a resting forward..... he'll get picked up in a state or country team.

AFLW: Rd 04 vs Fremantle
The female umpire was terrible, the guy was pretty consistent.

AFLW: Rd 04 vs Fremantle
It was shocking, often running away from the player when coming out of defence instead of leading up. Given how far they can kick weird decision making. I was near the bench for the first half, a few comments from those there of the team not making the right decisions and they need to teach it at training.

Great tackle

AFLW: Rd 04 vs Fremantle
Freo are up and about now. Can’t be long to go

AFLW: Rd 04 vs Fremantle
That was poor not going for the ball, more concerned about the player. Horne needs to come up the ground.
-
AFLW: Rd 04 vs Fremantle
It’s still the kick going to half forward and inside 50. We seem to not see freo players standing by themselves. Still 2 up
-
AFLW: Rd 04 vs Fremantle
Watching it live at the ground. We are definitely fitter and better drilled than freo. Just simple skill errors keeping them in it. Plus poor decision making with the last kick into the 50. Nice goal from 50

Jake Stringer
Ha,,,, NO!

AFLW: Rd 03 vs North Melbourne
As others have noted size has won over speed and skill int he AFLW at the moment. The dominate side have big players. (Which really contrasts to what's happening in women development teams in WA, where speed is the more important attribute) We have lost too many to trade and injury to compete with the top sides this year. We'll do okay from here on out as the first 3 were taught as we are still in the "top" division of teams, despite our changes over the summer. This year is to rebuild and adapt the game plan for the new players.
