  1. noce Kozzie... how good has Windsor been in the wet. he looks fresh in his running again,
  2. Melks... what a goal
  3. bloody leant into the free
  4. The Dee's brand of hard contested footy. Just sustain it for 1 more qtr and we'll take this.
  5. Slippery Kozzie gets passed them all
  6. good first half, especially when the rain came (Nice to see). We seem to be playing to the conditions and getting it forward and apply pressure. The most important question is, can we now sustain this for the second half. lets go boys...
  7. What I saw was draper in place and Disco coming in and tripping over his hand.. not draper sliding into him below the knees which is the rule. I'll take it.
  8. disco got a a non free there...
  9. getting it done in the wet :).
  10. Their height is a worry, need to stop them getting 1 out. The Kozzie 50 was too quick, no call to come back as he ran to where he thought the mark was. shut down their quick hands and we can control the game.
  11. Free TV is a mixed bag. Some shows make money and others don't. Its areas around news that is losing money, hence the decline in news services to be centralised. The question is, does AFL make channel 7 money compared to the cost. I would say the bean counters got it right for at least this agreement as the infrastructure is in place to record and broadcast. I subscribe to Kayo, simply because I'm in WA and 2 of the games are always a weagles/dorkers game.
  12. Dean cox would be a returning favourite son. But then again they passed over sumich. Th ok go tg red Sydney tins and the wire success is a good model to follow. Though access to a state of talent helps.
  13. lets break this last quarter run of stopping... time to attack.
  14. Won't be an issue, they will build a $2 billion fully enclosed air conditioned stadium with federal funding, hey, they could build it big enough to hold all of Darwin's 132,000 residents at once. Or just play all their local players who are conditioned for the climate and have a second lineup of cold weather players for the away games. North is pretty much a first round draft pick team at the moment. If they keep their team together they can be the next GWS...
  15. Yeah, same on the reply, but he covers 20 in those steps... sadly.
  16. Nah it was, I would have paid it. I assume there was no one up field and he dint want to turn it over. He should have just kicked as hard as he could int he brizzie player in front of him to kill the ball.
  17. True, but we can't control what the lions do, we can control our own opportunities when we get them.
  18. What can you say... Missing those easy, yes easy set shots came back to bite us. As a whole the pressure and effort was what we wanted all night. But gee, Petty and Langdon, but more Petty as he is a key forward. Take some bloody goal kicking lesson and practice.
  19. what was he thinking
  20. Rue that Petty miss..
  21. I would call it more a refresh of the list, which should always be ongoing. Noted: the lack of senior player depth to come it forces the hand.
  22. We won, but gee,, Feel for K.Brown, coming on in the last 10 minutes in his debut game, I think that really sucks, really they should star them then sub off. His brief cameo saved us at the bell.
