Agree. Some people have to understand we are not Shangri la.

You can't blame a kid for trying to get to a club that he wants to play for. He knows he will get traded back here, he is just trying to get to a club that is his choice, not just being told where to go. As to your other point, I agree, I am over him. To date he has not done much and it looks like a brawl to get him and someone will pay way overs. There must be others who are as good, if not better, that we can get for a fair deal.

I forgot to mention, in his bio, he said his favourite food was a banana split and drink, a banana dacquiri. Imagine his potassium/calcium levels. His bones would be like steel.

Can you guys get off your own agendas, in trying to derail his AFL career. In the words of most teens on this site, he will be a gun. How do I know, well a guy on BF said he will be. What's Harrington's number, I am going to ring him now. Got to be worth pick 13.

    I can't even remember it.

He can certainly kick but at 12cm shorter, yes he is lighter than Cale Morton and of course 4 years younger ...

Considering he has refused to even meet us, it looks like he should be put in the too hard basket. Our options may be decreasing as North have said Pedersen won't be traded and is contracted next year.

Can't see why Carlton would go for Caddy, with their midfield and Brock putting his hand up as well. Also if they get Cloke as rumoured, they will have no salary cap room at all.

Mate of mine has just sms'd me, says he is a gun and we must get him.

You are right, he deserves his own thread. We must secure him.

    We are on our way.

I was just wondering, if I made up a fictional player, if I could get some people to start calling for us to get him. Example: Dale Roberts has been killing them in the west and he is regarded as the quickest and most deadly small forward over there. He can make a goal from nothing. He comes from a great footballing family and will go anywhere to continue his footy career, which is his sole aim in life.

I keep telling people this is an informative and educational thread. Maybe that was why my ears were glowing in the dark after I ate that banana muffin.

Wake up. Considering the sh-t posted on some other threads, to which you are a noted contributor, discussing the price of bananas has far more football relevance than the lot of them combined.

Well lets see. Do you know these players, Thomas, Sidebottom, Wellingham? Answer: they are the three Pies mids who didn't get AA this year and every one of them would walk into our midfield. Now lets add those other three Pendles, Swan and Beams. Oh yes the Viney, Caddy combo would strike fear in the hearts of opposition.

Can't wait until we get the GF out of the way, so we can get onto the real football, trading and drafting.

Just saw some highlights of the club B & F and noticed Gerard Healy up the front. Can't recall seeing him at a club function over the last few years. Wonder if anyone discussed the pursuit of Tanking against us on his show.

And also the club's best vocalist.

I believe the Incas predicted a big year for the MFC in 2013. Confucious went for us in 2014.

You don't need to break rules. Each club just does what is in its best interests and the result takes care of itself. For example if you are GC wanting Tippett and you know they would want pick 2 to use on a local, you don't stuff around nominating a player who you don't really want. If you are GWS, you don't ruin the chance to get the highest pick possible for an U17 pick. Result, no rules broken and everyone gets who they want, where they want. AFL happy as GWS gets best draft picks and GC get great forward.

Travel is a huge disadvantage. Wonder how the Eagles will go tonight. At least for them they played at home last week. In a way it would be good for them to win as we could see the end of the Cloke situation and hopefully war break out between Pies and Blues.

Dockers very unlucky. Back up in 6 days after two long trips from Perth and back and then a trip to Adelaide. Training affected and whole week disrupted. Play against a team that has had last two games at home. Play that game in Perth and they win easily. On the night Pav was unsighted. Ballantyne, Sandilands, Hill all poor and McPhee the turnover king.

Assistant Coaches have called in the lawyers at Carlton. Commentators tonight say Carlton Coach conference was poor and that Malthouse did himself no favours. Hope the tide is turning and the club spirals downwards.

Happy for Grimes who I sponsor, but thought Jones would win by a country mile. Interesting that except for Rivers, no one in the top 10 is being spoken of as possibly leaving.
