Well Dogs do want a key forward and a key back and also have expressed interest in Hannan, so that could be a possible fit.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN

I haven't got a clue what is happening, but I think we could safely assume that if we are moving Tom on, we have another forward in sight. -

Crows Attempting to Poach Darren Burgess

This might be your first unanimously liked post on DL Dazzle. Great news. -
There is the problem, we all look from outside in and don't know what is really going on. Those looking from inside out, find him too difficult and disruptive to a team game and culture.

When did Weid lead? -
Very disappointing that Caldwell has nominated Saints. I would be unhappy if we took a low pick, unless that pick has been agreed as the trade price for a player we want from else where.
-
I would rather address needs and get 2 best 22 players, while also moving on nqr players, who won’t make our best 22 and then concentrate on developing our own and drafting possible future talent. I dislike the scattergun approach of say the Saints, who while they made the finals, got nothing from their high priced newbies, when it really mattered and who now are taking up a lot of their salary cap and probably stifling future development of young players.

English needs a friend to help out in the ruck.
-
From the limited amount I have seen of him he is an outside mid who can play inside mid and has better disposal than most of our players. Not saying he is a star but you wouldn’t get one in a Preuss deal anyway.
-
If we trade Preuss to GWS, we should insist that Caldwell is part of the deal. They have lost Corr and Davis is nearing the end, so there could be some interest in Oscar as part of a deal, if we are looking at moving him on. Oscar would probably appreciate more chances to play as well. Losing Preuss leaves us vulnerable if Max goes down, so it has to be a win for us to release him. Preuss would be number 1 ruck for GWS, so if he goes there we need a best 22 player for us. BTW there are more Caldwell types out there than Preuss types, so while not as good a footballer, Preuss is extremely valuable to clubs that need his attributes.

Are you including this year, under the World’s greatest player sporting conditioner?

I am still hoping for a Power v Lions GF. Could relax and watch the game without giving a damn.

Apparently a one year contract was to be offered to him but his life blew up. Very sad. -

Yep. Just before he lost it. -
2 of my 3 most disliked players playing tonight, Lynch and Cochin, both snipers. The other is Stringer.

Saints bought players failing badly. Brad Hill scared sh-tless. Marshall their best by a mile.
-
Watch the AFL say it was a correct decision. They hate any criticism.

His wife left him and took the kids. You want to attack him. -
The Arc. Wow, how embarrassing for the AFL. Vlastuin clearly missed the ball, you could see daylight between his fist and the ball. Arc too scared to overrule. Whately will go nuts.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN

Is Brown a free agent? -
I believe Martin will be on $250K next year after $1.7m this year. He will stay on a low amount for the rest of his contract. Was by far the worst performance of a $1.7m player this year, in the history of the game.

They are desperate for a big bodied ruckman.

Please NO! The Retirement Home is full and the Super Fund is out of money. We need players who want to make their careers with us, not simply extend them.
