Wrong and wrong. They have a winning culture, they are feared and they are playing with a salary cap of 90% FFS!! They epitomise a winning culture. Unfortunately for them, it hasn't made them financially successful. If we had their record, we'd be untouchable financially (and every other ....lly).

Winning culture: A team/club that always expects to win, does win, and accepts no excuses for not winning. Respect and accountability start and finish IN the club. Goes for players, officials, staff, members, sponsors & supporters. Look over the past 10 years. Even when 'going well', there's always been that 'wonder if we'll win this week'. No certainty, no expectation. Bit of a hope and pray really. And plenty of excuses when we lose. And the inevitable words about 'getting respect back'. Now we can add 'just wait til we get a draft pick or 2'. [censored]. Cargo cult stuff.

I seem to have got a few things wrong in this topic , however, I understand Warnock wants to return to Vic. The only other team who could get PSD#1 is WC. So we are still in box seat. Stevens went to Carlton for 0 (pretty sure there) because Power wouldn't deal with the filth. However, Stevens, Farmer, Thompson were all A graders. Warnock has promise, but a long way short of being proven. Not worth early pick, even to be nice.
