  1. Big Bloke who is only young. Give him time ffs. Remember Cox was a rookie as well. He could turn out to be a dud but also could be a really good. Keep him on the rookie list for sure
  2. Second that. The guy did play test cricket for Australia, resonable effort in my opinion
  3. I think atm Richmonds mid on paper are better then our mids however richmonds mids dont have a lot of intencity at times i.e dont tackle. It's a tough one but Trengrove and Scully obviously gives our mid more potential going foward
  4. I've mentioned this before but I feel Frawley and Garland are better players then Warnock. Rivers is a different player but miles superior. Warnock is a good spoiler but thats about it. Hopelessly overrated player who for some reason finshed 4th in our best ad fairest last year. The fact he kept Frawley out of the team made me angry. The opposition actually want the ball in his hands because he cannot use it effectively. Couldn't and shouldn't figure highly in our best and fairest again. Dean Bailey's love child. Neale Daniher knew he was a dude
  5. Robbo hasn't slagged off Melbourne as he understands the path their taking just disagrees with it. I wouldn't say he is twice the player of Robbo, maybe marginally better. Anyway Bradshaw is a year older, we won't get him
  6. The school next door for one. Xavier is way too large for it to be able to monitor all their students and prevent them from these kind of shenanigans. Also it is ingrained into its culture
  7. no it makes sense however it wont happen as we delisted Robbo. How disrespectful would it be towards Robbo if we picked up Bradshaw
  8. I stopped reading from there on. Clearly you have no idea
  9. Could understand Valenti but unless Buckley's injury is really serious then i cant see why he was delisted. The guy has pace to burn and had an extremely impressive 2008. He is much better then blokes who have remained on our list even though they cant play
  10. Campbell Brown has made the team twice i think and Cam is a better footballer. He has been super consistant throughout his career and has finished in the top ten of our best and fairest every year except for this first season. All this people that are having a crack at his disposal obviously didnt see him play this year. He used the ball well this year. Last year though he had shin splints which effected his kicking hence why he had so many handballs. He is much better then a solid player and and has had a good career
  11. im pretty sure Scott went for Melbourne as a kid. I personally love the bloke just the smoothest mover going around. Also how cool was his vest on brownlow night
  12. cops a lot of crap from people who have no idea about football. Throughout his career he has been the most underrated Melbourne player . Has never received anywhere near the recognition he's deserved, for example he has never made an All Australian side however its always harder to make the side as a midfielder. Still has a couple of seasons left in him and if he hadnt have got injured this season I personally feel he would have taken home his second Bluey.
  13. have played school footy against TOY and although he is obviously good i saw him get torn apart in the Grand Final against Assumption. Didnt look like he gave a [censored] to be honest and it was a pretty big match
  14. Rivers is a good footballer and Frawley is catching up to his level with some really promising development. Although Warnock battles hard I feel his the most ovveratted footballer. No one outside of Melbourne actually rates this guy because he has no offense side to his game. His decision making is disgraceful and way below AFL standard. Defensively he is solid and always battles hard but he is the worst decision maker. Sometimes he doesnt even make a decsison and just handballs erratically. In this day and age I dont feel its acceptable. How the hell did he finish fourth in our best and fairest last year let only keep Frawley out of the side.
  15. why would these guy get delisted or put on our rookie list? He looks good and personally i was a little [censored] off that Mcnamara was dropped so that Wheatley got a farewell game. Anyway I believe this bloke will suprise a few people in the coming years
  16. My favourite was either Shane woewodin or Stephen Powell. My favourite now would either be Sylvia or Rivers however i have always had a soft spot for Luke Ball
  17. yer it wont but Brett Deleudio is good, Tambling is a spud and the rest i dont even know who Richmond drafted. I want us to get this right like we did with Grimes
  18. Fair enough the comment was unnecessary and no i wouldnt say it to his face because his massive. But time to face facts the guy isn't a good footballer. He occasionaly will play a good game then play about six shockers. He cant kick straight, he fumbles too often and he is no real threat up foward. The guy gets treated like royalty though. They talk about his leadership all the time and it annoys me. He might prepare himself thoroughly but not once has he shown actual leadership on the field. Always misses the crucial set shots, and goes missing fair too often. He tries his guts out and has given his all for the Melbourne Football Club but how is he possibly 'a required player' after we got rid of Russell Robertson a foward that can actual show leadership by kicking goals and asserting himself on a game
  19. REALLY REALLY REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS TRADE. I can see us doing a Richmond when they got 5 picks in the top 20 and screwing it up. DAMN DAMN DAMN
  20. so St Klda werent a good them this year. You need luck to win a flag. Not many injuries etc. Look at Hawthorn you cant say they weren't lucky last year, they clearly werent the best team in the comp
  21. they werent pretenders. the got run over the top of Sydney in a prelim who won the flag that year, and lost a nail bitter to Port who went on to win the flag as well. I think they are a better team now then they were then but they were the real deal just needed a bit of luck
  22. haha his odds would be rediculous mate. Lucky for us we picked Morton dont want to ruin the Grimes love but he is a much better player. Morton slips under the radar about on this site. He has had some massive wraps from the likes of Nathan Buckley. I think he will become an excellent A grader whilst with Grimes im a bit undecided
  23. No he didn't. Honestly no Melbourne player deserved to make it this year and i can't see what he has done wrong with his top 50. There is no position in which he is totally wrong. Remember its all subjective
  24. Yer another great plan by Dean Bailey. Signing a dud for two years, ohh he also signed Newton for two years. Great list management
