Where can you find out which players each coach voted for?

Young George Gawn is not quite two years old but is reportedly already taller than Charlie Spargo. Demon fans should also be rapt than George's middle name is ... Oliver! (Nickname GOG?)

Both @Jumping Jack Clennett and @Timothy Reddan-A'Blew are very close to the answer but neither has quite nailed it just yet. Clue #4: The answer consists of two elements. I'm not sure what other clues I can provide that might strike a chord with Demonlanders. The teaser can carry over to Tuesday given the shortage of solvers. I thought it was an easy one, too!

Clue #3: The "Bailey" reference was a red herring and has no relevance to the solution. (Sorry,not sorry. )

Despite the fact he hasn't played for two years, the All-Australian selectors will find a place for him in the squad.

Clue #2: Although there is a local connection, the answer is not related to footy or any other sport.
