  1. Not Cumming to Melbourne.
  2. If we do draft Hynes, I hope he wears number 57.
  3. Then they'd have Henry, Henry and McHenry who could really harry the opposition.
  4. If we're looking for somebody who spreads very well, I'd nominate Butters (except when it's cold).
  5. Let's keep this classy, people. The proper and polite expression is "an obese rodent's fundament".
  6. Probably not, but it sounds like Oliver's a goner 'ere.
  7. Pfffft. Of course not. It's not as if the MFC ever leaks, no siree.
  8. I love how you always use both names of a person, even if you refer to them numerous times in the one post.
  9. Oliver Twist's mentor was Fagin. Clarry is off to Brisbane for sure!
  10. My opening letter is "G", followed in turn by "e", "t" and "F". You can guess the next five letters.
  11. According to the live lobsters in their tank in the kitchen, it was a miracle.
  12. Peter Daicos was recruited from Collingwood's Metropolitan Zone, as was Peter Moore. It's sheer good luck for the Magpies that their sons are excellent footballers. Luck of the draw. Contrast this with Alwyn Davey's two underwhelming sons at Essendon. Luck of the draw. Melbourne could possibly have Jeff White's and Aaron Davey's sons playing for us. Luck of the draw.
  13. The plot thickens if Pert really was trying to Hawk the Demon.
  14. I think we both know the answer to that!
  15. Nowies to Owies.
  16. Looking forward to seeing him stand and deliver for MFC in 2025 and beyond.
  17. He did his ACL at training. The basketball incident caused a broken toe.
  18. Is this a case of making a molehill out of a Mountain Dew?
  19. Buckley hid his medal in his sock. Peter Moore famously threw away his runners-up medal after one of the many Collingwood GF losses.
  20. Me too. I'd rather sort your sock drawer than listen to Trade Radio.
  21. The current deal guarantees that the Grand Final will be played at the MCG until at least 2059. At that point, Essendon will still be waiting for their first finals win for 55 years.
  22. That's probably a fair assessment, @titan_uranus.
  23. Wayne Harmes was younger when he won it in 1979, although it was still the VFL then. I don't think Harmes removed his medal from around his neck for at least a couple of days.
