His inability to change his style isn’t his fault and isn’t the clubs fault for moving him on. His wry comment about the club is likely done out of disappointment and frustration that the club he loves no longer wants him.

Success breeds success. The more successful you are the more likely you are to attract quality players. Our aim is to play finals next year. King has to implement a game plan that challenges good teams. I think good coach far outweighs good players. Hawthorn is a prime example of this.
