I think they’ll play 3 talls up forward. Jefferson takes pettys spot
-
Is this a season ending injury?

Which injuries? -
Let’s hope that he keeps his spot once selected and that petty can remain in defence
-
he is playing round 1 so we don’t have too long to see him at AFL level

The season is still 6 weeks away.. Tracs fitness isn’t affected by a rib injury. Gawn is already playing intra club matches. Mcvee and chandler barely make our best 22. Kozi’s mind is somewhere else?? Did you see him play the intra club game? The kid is on fire! Only concern is lever. So 1 player from a list of 30. -

Kozy is playing on another planet. He has the ability to stop time. JVR will take a lot to beat him. Rivers will be a perfect 4th mid with Oliver, viney and trac. Langford already looks at home. Doggie junior looks like he has had a good preseason. He has a good footy brain Mcadam will start round 1. AJ will get a few games this year Ricky is comfortable at AFL pace. Laurie can play… just needs more consistency AMW has skills. Sharp is a good addition. Will come in handy through the season -
Your numbers are way off… do your research before giving such a damming assessment.

Oliver looks like a bull out of the gate. kozzy will be sorely missed mcadam has real talent Rivers has presence in the midfield Tom Campbell will be a good replacement if Gawn is injured -
Maybe if we wait 100 years something right will turn up. In the meantime we can continue sharing sun standard facilities with storm, victory and melb city.

Congratulations to Simon and Kristine on this special day. May your futures be full of love, prosperity and premierships.

No possible way we are playing Gawn and Campbell in the same side. What do you suggest Campbell does for 20 minutes per quarter when. Or playing Ruck?
-
The question is can you fit lever, may, petty and tmac in the same backline?
-
Two benefits: 1. For teams that play both marvel and mcg equally. We played marvel 1-2 per year. So no need. 2. Tho other is to rotate activity on ovals so the grass can grow properly
-
We played Turner, jvr and petty in the same side last year. Jefferson could replace petty
-
Not sure about sharp in the 22. Will need to see him play a practise match to see his skill level. Can you have a side with 4 tall backs? Or do you need another mid? would also like to see Jefferson claim a spot. Not sure who he takes over?

Agree.. there will be enough financial support when the dream becomes reality

Seems that petty will be moved back. Jefferson, Turner, jvr, Kozi, fritch and mcadam will be the forward line. Maybe Langford as well -
Vacant land, 8km from the CBD isn’t going to stay that way for long. Glen eira council has the least amount of parkland in any Victorian Council. The deal is done. Well done to the MFC for jumping onto this initiative. Kudos to kate and Gary pert

“While the project is not yet guaranteed, it would take a considerable and unexpected setback from here for it not to come to fruition” very promising line
-
He was never recruited as a ruckman. He was a forward that could pinch hit for 5-10 minutes per quarter. Not sure why the club is getting flak for recruiting him. We paid nothing for him and he was never expected to be an Outstanding taken

It seems that the MFC move to Caulfield racecourse is all but a done deal. The scopus purchase has pushed this issue front and centre and will force the decision makers to finalise the arrangement asap. They’ll want to synchronise all projects to ideally complete together. I for one am looking forward to finished precinct
