  1. Did you mean 24 & 25?
  2. Pick 19 and 30 up for grabs if someone wants to offer up a pair of picks in the 20s.
  3. Skuit trading in Green for Steele and Macrae may be marginally okay, but probably a serious mistake if framed as Hawkins and May. Hopefully the latter pair will bust each other up at training.
  4. It's a DeeSpencer-inspired pick-for-pick to see who can draft the best team and then boast about their brilliance. Wanna take over my hand? I forgot to change the electricity account in my new place and the bastards cut off my power at 5pm on a Friday. Candles and hand-cranked internet for me this weekend. Or someone else (I got you Trac!)?
  5. WERRIDEE: Gawn, Wines, Boak, 16, 17, 24, 25, 32, 33, 40, 41, 48, 49, 56, 57 Pickett: Oliver, Walsh, NicNat, 15, 18, 23, 26, 31, 34, 39, 42, 47, 50, 55, 58 Skuit: Petracca, Martin, Green, 19, 22, 27, 30, 35, 38, 43, 46, 51, 54, 59 adonski: Bont, Steele, Hawkins, May, MacRae, 20, 21, 28, 29, 36, 37, 44, 45, 52, 53, 60 Up next; Picket 15 WERRIDEE 16 WERRIDEE 17 Picket 18 Skuit 19 Adonski 20
  6. It's been an eventful draft day, with almost seven players selected in the past twelve hours - some even twice. Recapping; 1) WERRIDDEE - Max Gawn 2) Picket - Clarry Oliver 3) Skuit - Petracca 4) adonski - Bontempelli 5 Skuit - Dustin Martin 6 Skuit - Toby Greene 7 Picket -
  7. Haha, an unexpected haymaker from the cheap seats. The tab over from this one on my computer is the novel I'm writing about a somewhat distorted character who shares my basic bio being stuck in the post-apocalyptic Mojave desert setting of one of my earlier novels after being digitally recreated by a troop of simian Google acolytes who misinterpret my internet browsing history. .
  8. And then @adonski, who already has the Bont in his pocket, gets four picks in a row,. Can't wait to see what the end of round d 2 looks like, before it starts to get loose.
  9. Picks 7 and 10 belong to @picket fenceand 8 and 9 to @WERRIDEE.
  10. Pick 6, and Toby Greene comes to the SFC.
  11. Alright, time has probably run out on this one. With pick 5, Skuit drafts Dustin Martin.
  12. Pick 5 for 7 and 26 @picket fence?
  13. Anyone want my pick 5?
  14. Let the record show that Picket rejected picks 5, 19, and 22 in favour of Clarry. Two first-rounders and an early second. I would feel exactly the same if any club came for him in real life.
  15. Over to you @adonski.
  16. Pick 2 in the super-draft, as expected, is Clarry to Picket Fence. Pick 3 is Petracca to Skuit.
  17. According to the draft pick calculator, adonski picked up the equivalent of pick 31 in this deal, or the likes of Bayley Fritsch. Who won? Who knows. Probably impossible to tell until all the hands play out.
  18. Paging @picket fence. 5, 19, and pick 22 now on the table for pick 2. Or make your selection.
  19. Sweet. We'll probably have to keep track of these trades ourselves rather than update the list every time. But for now, WERRIDEE 1, 8, 9, 16, 17, 24, 25, 32, 33, 40, 41, 48, 49, Pickett 2, 7, 10, 15, 18, 23, 26, 31, 34, 39, 42, 47, 50 Skuit 3, 5, 6, 19, 22, 27, 30, 35, 38, 43, 46, 51, adonski 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, 21, 28, 29, 36, 37, 44, 45, 52,
  20. Max Gawn is the first player selected in the super-team draft. He goes to WERRiDEE.
  21. Pick 11 and 14 for 5?
  22. @WERRIDEE: you're ready to select your number one draft pick, if you want.
  23. I don't watch enough football nowadays to compete, but I'll step in for now (as ?) until someone wants to take over my hand. First gambit: @picket fence, would you take 6 and 11 for pick 2?
  24. I got impatient and flipped the coins. WERRIDEE has the number one selection, followed by Picket, someone else, and adonski. I will adopt Old55’s suggestion for a more equitable draft system. WERRIDEE 1, 8, 9, 16, 17, 24, 25, 32, 33, 40, 41, 48, 49, Pickett 2, 7, 10, 15, 18, 23, 26, 31, 34, 39, 42, 47, 50 ? 3, 6, 11, 14, 19, 22, 27, 30, 35, 38, 43, 46, 51, adonski 4, 5, 12, 13, 20, 21, 28, 29, 36, 37, 44, 45, 52, I won’t write out all the picks, but follow that system. Trading of picks as to drafting strategy is highly encouraged, but it has to be in the public forum. You can come up with your own team names if you want. One more recruit and we’re underway. Remember, team balance is important. We'll vote on the end results.
  25. I'll take it on recommendation.
